John the salesmen was great! Lots of selection. Prices were...well it's Men's warehouse. You have to want the quality. It is affordable for the average Joe for special occasions.
Great place to get fitted and buy a suit from. Prices are pretty fair. Floyd does a phenomenal job with getting you ready for whatever your special occasion may be. Will be definitely coming back again.
I absolutely have to share this experience! May 15th at 2:30 p.m., my son and I walked into the store to get a tux for prom. There was a man and a woman behind the register engaged in conversation and another salesman was assisting another customer. The two people behind the counter just looked at us whle we stood there, continuing their conversation. We waited 15 to 20 minutes and no one offered to help us. A couple walked in and they were greeted and asked if they needed help by the man behind the counter. I walked over to the salesman who was assisting the other customer and asked if there was another men's store nearby since it was apparent this store didn't want our business. I explained that the two people up front ignored us when we walked in. He apologized and said there were a couple stores in the mall and Jos. A. Banks Clothiers down the street. As we were leaving and after hearing the conversation the woman then asked if we need help! Well, my thanks to the salesman for making the recommendation, even though he couldn't assist us. We had a wonderful experience at Jos. A. Banks! They were fabulous! We got the tux and we purchased a suit! Customer service is everything!
Nice employees, quick, and very professional. Definitely the go-to for men's fashion.
Immaculate service. Bought my first ever suit with them and have returned for all my business attire needs. Alterations take a bit but can be rushed if youre willing to pay a little more. Definitely reccomend for the alterations though as they are significantly cheaper than the other places in the area. If I hadn't already accept a job else where I'd have worked here as they train and love what they do. Everyone looks so nice leaving here.
It took all of 5 minutes to lose my business. Everything was negativity from the time I walked in. No greeting or assistance offered upon entry. When I asked for help I was told they normally work by appointment as if I was a burden for coming to spend my money with them. I told the associate helping me that I need slim fit tailored clothes and he immediately started telling me how expensive each item was and how I'd save more renting after I already told him I was willing to spend more than the prices he was quoting. I do not have a "1 size fits all" frame and I need it tailored. After that he goes on about how they don't have much in-store selection in white and then he had to refer me to shopping online and ordering. It was at that point I realized he had not presented 1 solution to my problem, only more challenges. I work in sales and consider myself a professional in every sense of the word. He didn't even offer to walk me through the website and make recommendations. Maybe their products are good, I wouldn't know because their salesmen are terrible.
Their customer service is really poor. I was there on both 3/20 and 3/21, it was like 12 people waiting to be helped but with only 2 employees on duty, the wait was long and frustrating. At least 3 customers got tired of the wait and left. I paid for the suit on 3/20 and was there on 3/21 just to pick it up because of the alterations. Now, this is the one located on Midlothian. Not sure how the other locations operate. I gave them 3 stars to be generous but they actually deserve only 2 stars.
My groom picked up his suit. The pants were too short, the suit was wrinkled, rhe suit was old, it showed its age with many snags and strings hanging from it. Very poor service. I should not have had to press his suit. I don't care if it was a rental. Very very dissatisfied
I would NEVER recommend the Chesterfield Town Center location. If your able to go to the Hull Street location go, because the Chesterfield location the men in there are extremely rude. They act like they’re above everyone. There is a huge story behind what happened, but but all I can say is as soon as we called the Hull Street location they were discussed and in shock by the way we were spoken to and treated. The Hull Street location were extremely helpful and kind and told us to go straight over to them. So please think about this before choosing which location you go to. Plus the Hull Street location the store is much nicer even when you pull up to it.
Limited sizes for big & tall in store.
