Great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I met the Store General Manager? Keri. She is the absolute best. This is the only Old Navy I would go to.
I placed an online order and I couldn't pick it up within the 5 day period due to an unexpected emergency and had to leave out of town. After 5 days, they should automatically put the items back on the shelf and processed refund. It has been over 1.5 week and I still haven't received it. Just called their store because I couldn't do it online, and the lady said she would cancel it whenever she can get around to it in the most snooty voice ever and sounded like she wouldn't do it. Unbelievable customer service and this is upsetting service. I hope that I will receive my refund soon as she said, but that's not how you talk to customers nor should you just do the job because it's been over 1.5 - going on almost 2 weeks. Refund should have been processed over a week ago.
The store was well organized however I am very disappointed about my encounter with the associate her name was Karen. She was aggressive and persistent about opening a credit card and joining the rewards program but I do not shop there enough to join. When I tried to use my moms account, she would not let me and was very rude about it. When I told her I am not from here and don't come out here enough to sign up she was like "well you should be coming out here and shopping here". After I paid she said "see you could've saved $10" It was just very aggressive after I continued to tell her I do not want to sign up and was very rude overall. In the future I will be going to the lake St. Louis or mid rivers location.
Good clean store. Well stocked with good selection. Staff all seemed nice and knowledgeable. Processed our return from online as well.
Went in to do some Clerance shopping and was excited to see a large section of clerance items......until I looked at the price tags and everything was just marked down ONE DOLLAR! Really???..that is not Clearance. It's pure GREED. In addition tp that, I bought one thing and the employee that checked me out didn't say a word to me and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to check out my one item. I won't go back to that store!!!
Was my first time at this old navy and the store was really nice well put together but the customer service wasn't soo good no my I help u or thanks for shopping overall I'll be going back....
I was in desperate need of some new jeans. While I initially tried on a pair of lighter blue jeans, I was NOT willing to pay an EXTREMELY expensive price. However, I did find a much comfortable pair for a much more reasonable price on the clearance rack. If that wasn’t enough, I got it even cheaper thanks to my rewards. The lady at checkout was also VERY friendly and helpful.
The store was clean. If no one was completing a purchase, no one was standing behind the register. Staff was friendly & worked together to recover the store. They have marked down a ton of items. I got my daughter an outfit for $15 & change. After spending more than I wanted to on hair, this was a VERY welcomed surprise. Boots from Charlotte Russe.
I always find way too much stuff at this location!
Only go up to a 2x in store but claim to be "size inclusive"...ridiculous.
