Randi was born and raised in Whitestone, New York; she graduated from Bayside High School and is an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has two children, both girls and currently resides in Woodbury, NY. Randi became a certified personal trainer 10 years ago after turning her passion into her career and began working for Equinox, a leader in the fitness community. There she became a Tier 3 trainer after completing many years of education at Equinox University. She is certified in KettleBell training, group fitness, and most recently became certified to work with cancer patients. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family, but opening bfitforever was a dream. Working with people of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities is her greatest testament…she believes that exercise is the true fountain of youth.
Personal training at bfitforever is exactly that… personal and private. The program itself is not cookie cutter like most impersonal gyms. Individual attention is paid to every client’s specific needs and goals in a private studio setting. Randi understands that exercise should be fun, challenging, and rewarding.
