All staff you come into contact with are amazing. Friendly and helpful. The dentists are great. I would recommend them for sure.

Bible Hill Family Dentistry is very efficient and friendly. An unforeseen situation arose that required changing our appointment to a different time and that proved to be easy to do, the staff gave us an earlier appointment so that we could make our other appointment.

Very professional practice, everything was clearly explained to me and I was especially happy with how well organized and efficient the staff was.

Great first experience with Bible Hill Family Dentist.... found them to be very gentle. I was able to relax quickly which makes the procedure much more tolerable.

In 2019 we had our daughter 8 years old at the time in for dental issues. We were advised she would need a spacer/retainer put in to allow space for further teeth to grow due to having a narrow mouth. We questioned about the price as we have and did have dental coverage and the Dentist said don’t worry about it right now. At this moment, we processed the appointment through our dental. We were in subsequently multiple times for review and questioned about billing but were told not to worry about it. After the spacer/retainer fell out, we were shockingly made aware we had a bill of almost $1000 to be paid for the service provided. Now finding out, this service was not covered under our dental plan. We talked with the Dentist Randall Morine about this concern and why we were never made aware, his response was that they have had high turn around and likely the front desk did not advise us or even know. We were not given any chance for a second opinion based on cost and since this spacer/retainer has come out our daughter has had several appointments New Glasgow Specialist has performed including removals of many teeth because of the procedure that Family Dentistry did. Now we find out on a call today for payment, we owe them for another spacer that has never been picked up we didn’t even know about it until today and they are threatening to send us to collections in 3 weeks. We are still dealing with the mess in my daughters mouth a year later from a specialist because of the mess that was done in her mouth.

Never a long wait. Front desk is always helpful and friendly and the dental work we have had done here has been top notch. 3 sets of braces, a bridge, scores of cleanings and several other procedures. Highly recommend!

The staff at Bible Hill Family Dentistry are all amazing. They put my mind at ease as soon as I walk in the door. My kids used to be terrified of the dentist too and now almost look forward to going because the staff are so patient and kind with everyone.
