Store is good a few employees seem to hate helping customers, when I go there I’m greeted by the two same employees. Always happy to see everyone and willing to help. Tonight came in to grab a few things for my tanks and the person with long red hair seemed like I was bothering them asking a few questions. This has happened before where I’ve dealt with this employee more than once and it just seems like they don’t want to be there or that I’m annoying them. When I went up to cash with my items they just stared at me while they looked around the store, it felt like i was being a nuisance for them having to cash me out... Beside the one employee I really enjoyed the store, staff is extremely knowledgeable and the owner is great! Always willing to help or order stuff in for me
I had a very enjoyable shopping experience here. Lots of choices and reasonable price. Compare to some Asian aquarium stores, staffs here provide more professional comment and suggestion. All staffs are friendly and helpful, specially compliment to Chris and Carson, both of them are very polite and helpful . Thanks a lot. 5 stars store.
We went to this store for the first time as a family. My kids want to buy some fishes and aquarium. Courtney was so helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The store manager, Jeff was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming to our family. He even offered for my kids to feed the koi. We highly recommend this store and will be back again.
Nice place to get pet fishes. They have all varieties of fishes such has normal and sea water breeds. They also have wide range of tanks and accessories. The staffs are so friendly and helpful!
This location is nice. It's pretty big and definitely has everything you are looking for. I usually get equipment for our aquarium The staff are extremely helpful and will explain in detail what you need to know. The only downside is that all locations are not connected to the same points system. So I would have to make 2 accounts, which is odd and tedious. Other than that this place is rad and a great location of buying pets

Hats off to Jeff. I came in with the idea of getting some platys. I did. The awesome thing he did!! I live three hours away. He put each fish in their own bag, added oxygen and then packed them in a Styrofoam box. Inside the box he also filled empty bags with air to ensure they didn't move around. His knowledge was amazing. No question was a stupid question! Thank you Jeff.

Went to buy some small aquarium plants like moss for some ecospheres. The staff here was very polite and helpful, offering their assistance to me but letting me browse peacefully as well. The young man who helped me and answered my questions had quite a bit of knowledge on the plants, fish and products. Overall a small but interesting place to browse and the friendly staff make this little store worth the visit. Will definitely come back here again.
