World Class Comedian and Northern Kentucky native, Jeff "Big Daddy" Wayne has made a career of comedy, having worked with Billy Crystal, Robin Williams, Chris Rock, Judd Apatow, Jim Carrey, Roseanne, Sam Kinison and hundreds of legendary comedians.
His hit one-man show, "Big Daddys Barbecue", is directed by Ted Lange, best known for his role as bartender "Isaac Washington" on The Love Boat TV series. Daniel J. Segal was the producer.
The irony of Big Daddy's story began many years ago when he was asked to cook some BBQ as a promo for Big Daddy's Barbecue on a television show. It turns out that Big Daddy really didn't know how to cook. His producer, an Award Winning Chili Chef had to step in to help create the sweet heat original recipe which has come to be known as Big Daddy's Backyard BBQ sauce. The rest is history!
