Will not be shopping here any more! After spending 1000s of dollars here over the years. They won't take anything back worn even if there's something wrong with it, and they hire ignorant uneducated peasants to work at their store who wouldn't understand customer service if it smacked them in the face. Truly pitiful people working here. You just lost a loyal customer. I'll be calling corporate to remove my card and all my associated Nordstrom stuff. Bye!
Very expensive. Decent quality stuff, but I don't think it's generally worth the money. I did buy a winter coat there 10 years ago and still wear it today and it looks fantastic though.
It's a bit high on the price quality is decent. Great staff and helpful. Look for discounts because it's pricey.
Great place to find designer clothing and shoes at a great price. I bought a very nice Calvin Klein suit here, and they tailored it for free at the retail store at Kenwood mall! Love this place!
I want to give a shout out to Bianca at the front desk and Natalie in alterations. Natalie was very helpful and kind. She made my and my daughter's first experience having something altered very easy and straight forward. Bianca was so sweet and helpful, making sure that I got all my benefits as a cardholder when checking out. She's also very funny. Thanks for making our experience a good one.
Great deals if you have time and patience to dig!! Not really organized but I mean....it's discount clothes so you get good quality if you are patient! I always seem to unexpectedly find a great deal on something, and even when I get to the register, it's even typically cheaper than the tag says which is also frustrating when you think of what else you could get if you didn't think your receipt was already at your limit
Who doesn't love Nordstrom!? My date bought something small but meaningful for me and my hair Lol. If I could have I would have bought everything in there.
Nice selection but had a really bad experience checking out. Terrible communication amongst employees doing a price check. I waited 5 min for a gal to take a T-Shirt all the way to the back and come back only to hand the shirt to the cashier with no tag nor did she say what the price was. I sat there for nothing literally and was very irritated. There was a rack of the same brand T-Shirts 15 feet away she could've grabbed the same one but different size that had a tag and called it a day.
Usually love Nordstrom rack, but had one of their employees come and point out that the "plus" size was in another location! Actually pointed me in that direction. Now I wear a size large, and I think women are beautiful- no matter their size! But thought this was so rude!
The best prices you will find on high-end clothing. You can also order online, and if you don't like it or it does not fit, you can return it in the store instead of dealing with shipping.
