Customers beware. This place is not where you want to go. They are unwilling to work with you financially to any regard, have little understanding on modern dentistry, and poor bedside manners. I had to call and ask for antibiotics for my girlfriend who is a patient and has a couple painful abscesses on her teeth and because we got a second opinion the doctor wouldn’t see her again or even help her infection with the antibiotics she was promised. Only gave pain pills…. Big surprise. There are other dentists in town that don’t operate this way so trust me don’t make the mistake we did and go here. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Wow! And Wow! What a great experience, and I know I'm talking about going to the dentist. I am 50 so I've been to a few dentist's in my life. It's always difficult to find a good one and Big Horn was amazing. Very professional and made it seamless and easy to get my concerns addressed. Prices are very fair and I would definitely recommend them for young adults, kids or anyone in your family. Thank you Dr. Nichols for everything.! You're a fantastic professional.
This clinic got me in very quickly literally within 24 hours of my call, got me through a visit very quickly, and charged reasonably for the consultation and printed recommendations. Their facility is beautiful and the waiting room is spacious enough that, with a few other people and a couple of little kids in there when I was, I was able to avoid contact with everybody in the waiting room. I got an overwhelming sense of confidence and competence from both the dentist and his assistant I think the term is hygienist but I suspect that she had a higher education level. I have not had any dental work done yet, but I would recommend Big Horn Dental based on this visit.
Dr. Lee and his team were absolutely amazing. I called first thing Monday morning with an emergency. They couldn’t get me in until the afternoon which I was thankful they could. Than about 15 mins later they called me and said they had a cancellation. So I went straight there. And let me tell you I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Everyone made me feel comfortable and helped calm my fears. And the best part is I didn’t even feel the needles!!! so yes I recommend them 100% and will be going back for all my dental needs :
I have always disliked going to the dentist, Dr. Lee and the girls in the back make it so much easier now. They know I get anxious and they do a wonderful job of making me comfortable. Brittani and Kelcie at the desk are great and fun to visit with. I would recommend Big Horn Dental to anyone. Thank you again, Dana.
Cassie and Dr Lee are the BEST duo in the business. They are so personable and take the time not only to “check-in” on how I’m doing but fully take the time to walk you through what they are going to do that day. Absolutely the BEST. Thank-you for your great customer service and I’ll see you next time!!!
From the front desk, Melani, to the hygienists who know my kids by name and personality, this is the best dental experience I have ever had. They are on time, always schedule for our convenience, and more importantly every single person who works there is friendly.
This was my fifth visit, second set of fillings, third oral surgery at Big Horn Dental. The people, atmosphere, Dr Lee and all his assistants, always make it a way better time than anybody expects at the doctor let alone the dentist!
We were referred by our neighbor and boy are we glad of it! They weren’t a “preferred provider” by our insurance and we were told we’d have to pay more out of pocket but the nearest INN prov was in Sheridan so we figured the balance would even out. The staff was awesome. Professional, courteous, congenial, and kind! Dr. Nichols was the best. He took the time to explain everything and really made me feel like I was an important patient... not a number or just another face in a chair. He listened to an issue I had and really came up with a solution that will offer some hopeful relief. I cannot recommend them enough. They were great with my 11yo - treated him like an actual patient, not just as a “kid.” If you’re looking for a dental office that will treat you right - look no further. Give them a call!
I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years due to major anxiety about it. The staff was all super patient with me as I had a few anxiety issues throughout it. They treated me with such respect that I can say was the best I have had in my life. The fellow people that suffer with anxiety around the dentist I feel like this office would be a great fit.
