I went in with an infected cut on my toe and I received the best attention and care from Dr Joy Brown. She was fantastic! She had me over for a ct scan immediately. The assistants at the clinic as well as the radiology staff were all excellent!! I would go there again if I needed to! I'm glad they were there for me!!
Receptionist and check-in nurse were very nice. The PA I seen acted as though she didn't want to get near me, and I felt as though she didn't believe me. Will not go back!
Dr Griggs, Jody Brown, and every.single.nurse and registrar have been beyond magnificent every.single.time I've been there or brought someone there.
If I could give it a zero rating I would. Made an appointment at the main clinic, when we showed up they said the appointment was not made for when they told us. Checked in online for the walk in clinic, waited 30 minutes to get to the check in booth just to be told I didn't check in online and we would have to wait 2 hours. Cch is complete joke.
We had to use the walk-in clinic recently and we were unbelievably impressed with the staff, the facility, and how quickly we were seen. All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything that was going to happen. They were very respectful the entire time and did a great job not making us feel rushed. I was afraid to go here because of all of the negative comments but was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the services we received. Great job and thank you for your help!
I have read the negative reviews and quite honestly, in the past, I agreed with them. However, today's experience was 5 star. From the front desk, to our nurse Jeanie? Sorry I can't remember exactly to Dr. Andrews. Each member was friendly, took time to visit with us, and answered all of our questions. Thank you.
Prepare to get blind sided by charges for them not to really be able to do anything for you in hopes that you'll be back for another gouging still seeking resolution for your initial issues. This place and medical care you will receive there is terrible.
I'm honestly not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I love these guys, and prefer to take my kids here compared to waiting 2-3 days to get an appointment with their pediatrician. Everyone in my family, including myself, has been here many times over the last two years. Wait time is usually short, especially when using online check-in. Doctors and staff are nice and caring, and take time with you despite how busy they always are.
I went to the Walk-In Clinic due to severe flu-like symptoms. I had asked for a Covid test, and that was all they did. They never once tried to figure out what was wrong, nor did they treat me whatsoever for my symptoms. After recovering and asking for an extended doctor's note for the days taken to recover, they expect me to cough up more money that I don't have to be "reevaluated" due to the "provider's notes". If you can, go somewhere else.
very fast and good care, went in for a sports physical and had amazing care very fast and thorough i had nurse heather she was very nice and was fast at taking vitals and getting everything in the computers dr tarry was nice and thorough of his job.
