When the door opened you could smell something horrible. The floors looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. Dead crickets everywhere. Friendly staff except for the manager. She is rude to customers and her employees every time we go in there. I’m not much of a Big Lots fan but this makes me not want to shop at them at all.
The store was clean and the staff was super nice. This is one of my favorite locations to shop.
This is also a big lot that I visit when I'm in Terrell things are always nicely stacked on the shelf clean fast service during checkout and great customer service
Nice place had tools i needed good price
All about customer service Store agents are not very helpful and do not go the extra mile to help with anything....
Extremely helpful and genuinely nice. I had issues with a recliner I purchased there and returned it to see if they can help. Teressa the store manager helped and did the exchange on another item with no hesitation. It definitely was nice to see higher management to handle the situation to make sure a customer is pleased. Teressa went even above and beyond to move the new recliner to my truck and help load it. All other associates were busy tending to other customers. Teressa did not hesitate to help. This speaks tremendously on how Big Lots values their customers. I will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff, good prices
I come here sparingly, the store always looks eery or like something is missing. The staff is usually nice though, I’ve never had any issues at all. I haven’t made any large purchases so I have no experience to speak on with that.
I know process have went up pretty much everywhere but was shocked to see how much their products cost. But t it looked like they have upgraded on their selection of items to sale.
Very nice and friendly employees well organized and very clean able to find exactly what I was looking for without very much trouble and prices very responsible
