Recently moved to area and I really like this Walmart. I've been able to get in and out within a few minutes. The store is always clean, they have a very nice produce section and the best jewelry section I've seen in a long time at Walmart. The first time I visited this store they were pretty much out of milk but every visit since they have been stocked.Workers have been friendly when asking asking for help. The self check out lines go so fast and the associates are awesome with letting you know what registers are open. I LOVE the arts and craft section and the children's book section. My two year old always leaves happy when we visit.
Love this Walmart. Have not interacted with any staff. There off doing there work. But that’s what I like about this Walmart. I don’t have to talk to anyone to do my groceries or my shopping, I can go in and pay on self checkout. Love getting my money orders and they also have a bank, an insurance center, as well as an eye care area. One of the best Walmarts I have been at. Usually there really rundown but I am glad that I have this one closely to my home.
I was in a Wal-Mart about an hour ago and was amazed by the way that the cashier was presenting herself. Had her name tag backwards so you was unable to see her name. Never did greet me or anyone ahead of me. Then to top it off, didn't tell me the amount due or nothing to that affect. I almost return the items I had just purchased. You can be the ugliest person on earth but your smile will make you look like a beautiful, adorable, talented, and gifted person with a bright future ahead.
The store itself is fine I guess but the delivery service will make you want to shop anywhere else. Every order gets delayed and IF you are lucky it will only be by a couple of hours. Placed an order today at 10 AM for delivery at 3, a "preferred time", only to have to make 5 separate phone calls to be told it is finally on its way only 3.5 hours late. Do yourselves a favor and shop at literally any other store. Any extra time or expense will be better than this nightmare.
Ordered in the app for a water hose. Got there and checked in. Waiting like 15 minutes. Then I called them to let them know I was there. It still took them forever. It took them 35 minutes to give me one item that I ordered online. While everyone else was coming and going quickly when they ordered a bunch of groceries.
This place is always well stocked and clean. Employees are very helpful. I've never seen a time when there were loose baskets in the parking lot or no baskets inside. Very pleasant experience
Always packed, always busy, would be more efficient with actual people to check you out and have self checkouts lines that after more privacy and streamline the process. Parking is horrible too. Needs competition in town. So HEB should open up by Buckys on Hwy 20
first, the store is always dirty and cluttered. one of the worse Ive seen. I wouldnt typically go into detail on these reviews but this one needed said. I went to buy 1 item from the sporting goods section that was locked up. I went found the item to ensure they had it, and began looking for help. I notified 3 different associates over about 30 minute span that I needed help, which they acknowledged and said theyd return shortly, none did. It was paged over the intercom twice, no one showed. I called the store from the gun counter and asked what i needed to do as it had been 45 minutes at this point, and they repaged someone. After an additional 15 minutes, the first associate i notified walked by and asked me, "do you need help?" I said, "yes sir, same as i did almost an hour ago when I came and notified you". He then got the item and took me to automotive, where he placed my item on the counter and checked out for lunch. Another employee checked me out about 5 minutes later. What a joke of a show. Will not be going back.
I truly HATE going to Wal-Mart now. The people who works there are getting disrespectful and refuses to help you. I can't say I'll won't go back. But from now on I will go somewhere else and get everything I need and only if I have to, I will go if I can't find it somewhere else. I believe Amazon will help me for the most part. Good by DISREPECTFUL employees.
Me and my husband went in to Walmart purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. We get home to take down our broken 55 inch Samsung. To put up our new one we open the box to find a Vizio TV 40 inch or less me and my husband immediately took it back to the store to where we were accused of swapping the TVs and trying to scam Walmart buy one of the management. Needless to say we left out without our money also, without a TV. My family still has our 55 inch broken TV and we are under investigation right. I’m very upset very disappointment to be accused of such act. When clearly we’re the one’s who got scammed. We got home opened our 65inch Samsung TV to find a Vizio 40 inch!! I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to make my post, and truthfully, they do not even deserve the one star. I also called Walmart corporate, and put in a claim as well for my family.
