One of those stores that you can find what you were looking for and the thing you didn't know you needed. They always have some sort of deal and great items on clearance, lots of home decor. My favorite time to visit is when they have Christmas merchandise, it's so much more affordable than other places. They also quite a variety of toys and gift set for the holiday season.
Amazing employees! Unfortunately they are way understaffed and can barely get new stuff on the shelves before a rush of customers bumbard them
Worst store! I forgot a bag at the store and called when I got home within an hour of leaving. I called the store to be told "there's nothing we can do". They said I could speak to a manager, they told me the same thing! I asked for corporates number and they would "escalate it to the proper department, I should hear back within 1-2 business days". So upset, I bought items on clearance I couldn't really afford to have them stolen and be told there's nothing to be done! I just want the 2 outfits I purchased and have the receipt for, that I got for my god daughter!
I'd like to give credit where credit is due to a very helpful and nice employee, Michael, and his manager Robert in the St. Cloud store furniture department. They righted a wrong in an efficient, friendly manner and I'm thankful for how they handled my online purchase transaction when I came in to pick it up.
When u have customers standing in line. The polite thing to do is help them before u walk away or if your going to do something let your customers know. It’s rude and when your cashiers is having issues just take that extra 5 to 10 mins to get the line down. Then go do whatever it is u need to do. But doesn’t look good when u have a person or persons in line and don’t say anything.
Not really the best Big Lots location I've been to but still not exactly the worst. Big Lots to me has always been a place where you can expect things to be cheaper than at other box stores or at even places like Walmart and Target but I guess in today's world the prices have to be the same for all the items I saw today. And for a lot less quality items similar style products are actually more expensive. So generally I'd say disappointed but it's got everything you'd expect Big Lots to have besides the actual discount.
Place is very good but unfortunately not to easy to find help when needed to find any item
Fantastic deals & service, I was assisted by Matt when buying a new couch for my home & he was very patient, friendly & informative.
From furniture to food, Big Lots has ALOT of variety in one store; at reasonable prices. This particular store location in St.Cloud, Fl was remodeled not long ago.
Nice place and found great things in clearance
