If i could put 0 stars i would that mell girl or Melanie needs to fired. My husband should press charges on you for harassment! Im going to for sure call corporate on her. She followed my husband into another store at a pawnshop and harassed him in front of everyone questioning him accusing him of stealing when he didn’t steal. She said she would check the cameras and when she does she will see she just acted like a idiot because he didnt steal anything. Embarrassing!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. But most things on sale usually aren't in stock. I'm not a fan of the fact that in order to get the discount you MUST have their app, and clip the coupon first. Not all elderly people are good with smart phones so they aren't able to take advantage of the discounts. My neighbor asked me why she didn't save and I had to help her and she still doesn't completely understand.
Its a nice quick stop to pick up pods and ends. The whole shopping mall need an over haul. It would look much better, and I know more people would visit.

Very organized store, easy to find things, clean, great costumer service specially Julio. Good prices and a lot of variety. They would benefit from remodeling a bit, to attract more customers, but very impressed with how organized the store is. You can tell they care about the store, keep up the great job!!!
This experience was actually really weird. There were about 4 people working that I saw around t tree the store. When I wanted to check out I sat at the register for about 10 minutes saying out loud that I was ready to check out. I literally had to go and get one of them from the back. Anyone could have just walked right out and they would not have known. Funny as hell. Then when I tell the attendant that she just said that they have cameras . Uh hello we're in a pandemic everyone is wearing masks that camera is of no good to you right now. Great example of employees being there just for a check they cared nothing about the store or the customers. Sad.
Melanie is a good store manager, she has a nice personality, I like shopping at her family dollars store , she is a plus service, she needs a raise.
The store looks nasty all the time. Stuff on the floor and more importantly MOLD on the ceiling has been there for about a year and nothing has been done about it. Always outta stuff you need. The manager Julio isn't the nicest person nor do I even see him do actual work. What happened to this place 2 years ago used to be the nicest place. Old managment had it under control but now I'll avoid this place like the plague until it improves what a shame.
I work for instacart, And there is no Wi-Fi service in the area or the store. This makes it impossible to complete my orders. Family Dollar needs to provide wifis to provide Wi-Fi service for their customers they're customers and instacart shoppers
I live next to this store but it’s so nasty and there is never any merchandise available, I rather drive to the one on Narcossee it’s more clean and has everything your looking for unlike this one…
