This place need more structure. Almost every product had a bigots price tag. Now its like half of them do and the products are never where they are supposed to be so the tag on the shelf is not what the product is for. I worked here a few yes back and the manager would just tell me to place it in that area. Everything should have a place. We go out of our way to shop at a different location just because of unorganization at this location. Be careful what you buy. Seems like a good deal. Look closely. Jennifer would not be pleased.
Great staff, that has been there a long time. Always great deals every time I go. Love the selection and fun things you can find there.
I love Big Lots. I love their Broyhill Collection. This store is not open I was working here getting the store ready to open. The pay is horrible, and they will not be able to retain some of the very good employees they do having. Oh yeah, I did quit.
It always looks like a liquidation sale at this location. Shelves are not stocked. It did not always look this way but in the last year or 2 it has started to look like it's going out of business. I liked this location but I don't go often now.
Very helpful staff. I shop here frequently and enjoy the savings and staff alike. Staff members have cheerfully offered their help almost every time I've shopped here. Their attitude is a general interest in helping the customer rather than a begrudged requirement. I love being able to get the low prices I like with great service and not having to settle on either.
Not the discount outlet I'm used to... Prices were on the higher side compared to Walmart for much of the merchandise we looked at. The store is clean, organized and easy to navigate.
This place has the perfect gifts for the kids. Inexpensive and plentiful is how I'd describe this store. I bought a knockoff rotating brush face thing for my gf's 13 year old daughter. She loved it and opened it to use that day. Unfortunately the brush wouldn't rotate. I took it back and the manager just let me give him the broken one and walk out with new one. I couldn't find the receipt and that wasn't even a problem. That's good customer service! The new one works great.
I love big lots in general. This location is my local store and most of the time it's pretty well stocked and quick to get in and out of. The only thing missing is the customer service . If your not buying furniture you could walk pass the employees on fire and they wouldn't blink twice.
I encountered an rude unapologetic an immature female cashier with poor customer service. I complained to the team lead, and promptly inquired a refund of my money over the ungrateful acknowledgement of poor, and lazy service. I'm awaiting for the district manager call to outline the sequence of events today. No one deserves a job at the cash register if it's beneath them to be respectfully and appreciate they're lucky to have a job.
Good selection of interesting stuff and European branded "gourmet" food. However, many items on shelves were Jumbled and in Disarray. Also, PRICE TAGS on more than 1/3 of items I saw were either very hard to find or missing altogether. Many items are not significantly discounted relative to MSRP e.g. As-Seen-On-TV stuff in back. Checkout person forgot to put two items into my bags, but she had saved them to give to me on my next visit all there !. I gave a higher rating because she was conscientious.
