I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to or it won’t let me say nothing, Big Lots in Morristown Tn is the worst place to shop iv ever seen possibly. The employees weren’t friendly at all! I asked about merchandise and goodness how rude !!! The cashier was truly not loving her job or loving me being there or any other customers. A kind hello is all I ask and a pleasant demeanor geesseee … I won’t go back ever again .

Always a fun experience. A good place to find great prices!

Good place to buy furniture. Good prices on home goods.  They have everything you need to supply a home. Groceries are good prices.  This is a favorite store of my family.

My daddy Chuckie and his team, and the sweet lady that helped me and daddy yesterday 9-15-22, was absolutely incredible with helping me get some furniture ordered for my new house. They made my shopping experience very easy, smooth going and I appreciate my daddy and his team. After having the very bad experience at the Jefferson City store, that I'll NEVER walk back into. Morristown Big Lots will be my go to store. And now me and the sweet lady are friends and she welcomed me to come back anytime. Thank you so much sweet gal for all your help with my order and helping me and daddy yesterday. So blessed   we became friends. My daddy's store is rated past the 5 star authication.

Always expect a great deal. Everytime I come here I wonder why I don't visit more often. Always find something else that I needed, but didn't know they sold it. One thing I can say to improve is to advertise or display products more clearly. Also, make aisles more accessible.

It was not a bad experience so the store was very busy and very much in need of more cashiers than what they had going the lines were long and it took forever it seemed like to check out

Everyone was very nice they had what I was looking for and fast service to help get me an item off the top shelve. The Halloween selections impressive too!

Only place I buy paper plates an paper towels . Nice store reset looks roomier an cleaner

There is not enough room to push a shopping cart through several places in the store - a huge inconvenience. The placement of the items in the store didn't appear to make any sense! I regularly shop at 2 other Big Lots locations & the organization of the other 2 stores is so much better. I love to shop at Big Lots, but not this location.

I bought some Christmas  there in Sept took back today wouldn't give my money back because I bought in September I got a card to spend there want be doing my shopping there because that's a dirty deal there's no sign in the store that says no refunds after 30 days I don't need to spend no more there I need other things
