Very clean easy to shop store. The sales help is extremely courteous and helpful. The store itself is very organized with price points pn most items. They even help with putting stuff in cars for disabled people. I have shopped here many many times and each time has been a pleasant shopping experience. I would definitely add this to your list of stores to visit. You will be pleasantly surprised.
The store is closing. The manager tries to sell a couch for 20 minutesprobably not going to make the sale and neglected 3 calls from the cashier for a manager override. Line builds up. Open second register. Lines continue to build up. Manager then gets mad when a customer had to track him down to get him to do his job.
They usually have what you're looking for I thought the prices would be a little bit better. Very clean nicely arranged not many people in the aisles to help you it's an okay store
Worst experiences here. Customer service lacks completely. Signed up for rewards, got the email with $5 off, barcode never showed up and they wouldn’t honor it. Assistant manager had no idea what he was doing. Second bad experience, not going back.
Wonderful place for great deal. Unfortunately they are in cook county I will never buy a beverage there. Staff is very friendly cashier was not so he didnt talk much.
My kids love going to big lots. Huge variety of items. Even furniture. I shop there often.
I've bought a bed and couches here. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Will be coming back for more furniture.
I love shopping there, my only complaint is that they are always blocking the aisles with restocking.
You can always find good bargains here but this location had a strange odor when you walked in the door
I really like shopping here, you can find just about anything, and the prices are so good
