Big Lots

I went there today around 10 or 11am and encountered the rudest employee. I needed help getting something off of the top shelf in the bedding section. There's a sign on the shelf stating that they are "Happy to help. Just ask." So that's what I did...I asked a woman coming out of the back and her response was very off-putting. "I'm busy and have customers in furniture. You can wait a few minutes." It was the WAY she said it that was rude. I understand she probably WAS the only person on staff BUT there was no need to come off so mean. Like I was ruining her day. So I went to the bath section, grabbed a curtain rod, and got the item down myself.

Every time I go I find something else that I would need. They have great prices on almost everything.

I love biglots so what can be said besides its awesome place to buy great stuff cheap! They are restocking empty shelves.

This store seems unorganized and messy... I've stopped going here... Prices seem high...you get better deals at other places....

Favorite big lots in town! Highly clean, staff are always asking if you need help with anything! I always come in to window shop and leave with a few bags haha

Horrible customer service. Tried to exchange an item that broke in 2 weeks that was treated with great care. Was in the middle of the exchange and when an older employee walks up and denies the exchange while treating us with the upmost disrespect and with a horrible attitude. Customer service is completely non existent...rare to find these days! By the way we are well rounded very respectful, easy going never complain kind of people. We treat others how we want to be treated. I really hope they work on their customer service and not be so rude for no reason at all.

I recently purchased a dining table online for a really great price, the money was taken out of my account and I received confirmation number and everything just to find out that my order was cancelled hours later after purchase. I called and spoke with 2 different employees and they specifically said that they usually put the payment on hold until purchase has been confirmed which it was but I know for a fact that the payment was taken out of my account for a cancelled purchase and I still haven't gotten a refund yet

They need more staff to help with inventory
