Smith's Food and Drug

Carts all over the parking lot, see pic. Inside it’s clean and well organized. Some staff seem too busy to help, one almost angrily helped us apply Rewards Card during self checkout, but others are like you’d find at Publix; very engaging and helpful. Fruits, vegetables, fish, and beef were good. See pics. Many refrigerated display cases had doors; a wise energy saving thing to do. They have two aisles of wine n liquor, but the beer section seemed lacking. There is a US Bank and key machine in the store. Little casino in the entryway.

I shop here almost weekly if not daily beat prices and deals but sadly there staff is very Incompetent they hire a bunch of teenagers who have no respect or care for others. I was shopping here when I was looking at phone cords a store employee with a shopping cart heavy metal one used to take groceries our for curbside delivery had struck me so hard to my hands and knees thus employee then just said sorry she could not see Over her cart. I have a sprained and bruised strained tailbone and they still have not offered to pay for my medical bills in fact the insurance company on behalf of Kroger that called were so mean and not helpful I now have to seek legal help stay clear from this place and if you do shop here be aware of those curbside delivery and insta Cart shoppers and employees they have no care or remorse for the people shopping and literally theONLY store that has employees come pout the same exit door as everyone else leaving pushing a heavy art of groceries please re train your staff I didn't want to go here and post this review but I have been treated so badly when my I inury was caused by the negligence of your staff I can't even pick up my one year old child so thanks smith's for making me disabled and not able to care properly for my child even after all the thousands of dollars may family and I have spent here it's a SHAME I understand accidents happen but this shouldn't have happened nor should I have been treated the way I was treated !

This store is a bit out of my way but I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here because the prices are good and the produce is usually great. The beer and wine section has a large selection to choose from and they always have good sale prices. The bakery and deli sections have very large varieties, good prices and great quality. This store also has a very large non-grocery section that sells toiletries, kitchen utensils, light bulbs, seasonal items and far too many other items to name. The staff has always been very polite and extremely helpful. Several self-checkout lanes also make this a great stop for 1 or 2 items whether it's diapers and milk, organic fruit and chips, deli dinner for 2 or a birthday card and pie for Grandma. The parking lot is well lit at night and the lot itself is in good condition.

Nice store. Everything is clean and well stocked. The building inside and outside in the parking lot is well lit. Good selection and friendly service

Today was my first time going to Smith's Food and Drug Store! Smith's had a lot of variety with their food section, and the floor was nice. I definitely recommend to check out Smith's.

No issues here. I can find everything easily. Shopping carts are stocked, the store is relatively clean, and Starbucks staff from what I could tell are also polite/helpful. Sometimes there are good deals on sale here. Smith's is known for having great produce compared to some other places, so I come here when I want something specific that's high quality I can't find somewhere else close by.

This place advertises products and then doesn't properly stock for the sale. This was my second time they advertised Rockstars and they were out. I asked for a raincheck and the cashier was rude. This wasn't my first time experiencing a snarky cashier at Smith's that likes to argue with the customer.

Prices are good with a good overall selection. I do especially like the selection of "quick foods". Things like ready to cook meals, fried and roasted chicken, sushi, etc. On the negative side, I don't like the remodel. It feels "low budget" to me, kinda like shopping at FoodMax, if that makes any sense. And it's always extremely busy, but that may be a positive to some. Ultimately, it's a pretty good store and I will continue to shop there

They remodeled this place! Its really nice now. They have self check out, a new thing called scan and go and an in store Starbucks.

Go during a weekday! This store gets SO BUSY on the weekends and they open all the registers to try to keep up but it is still a very long wait. The staff is nice and the store is clean, just go on a weekday!
