I only ate here one time with a buddy. But food was delicious and people were friendly there. Dessert was also tasty and unique. Only issue was that some of the food were lukewarm and cold. Parking was a little tricky. But I would still visit again later.Food: 4/5
A great buffet with a variety choices of Mediterranean foods and deserts! The lamb shank and gyros are really tasty and definitely my favorite! Falafel and Tabouli are also two other great choices here! The Baklava was too sweet is of Turkish style rather than Persian. It is $17 per person and I think it is a good deal! The place is almost always really crowded but staffs charge the food and desert all the time.
Very good Mediterranean restaurant. Have had the buffet numerous times and never disappointed. Chicken was excellent, along with multiple dishes that I don't know the name, but all were very good. Kids really liked the class and fish also. Desserts are very good and not your standard buffet fare, very flaky and sweet with honey. Will be back.
We have used these guys on multiple occasions. If you need lots of food catered stop in to Big Marina! The food is soo good hot, fresh and on time.Food: 5/5
If you want to try a different buffett, this is the place to come. Mediterránean buffet with a huge selection of food and with a great variety of options. I was amaze with the selections, including desserts, ice cream and salads. Not the typical or tradtional asian buffett, great culinary experience.Food: 5/5
Tried and true Mediterranean food. My family has been coming here for over 10 years. We regularly make the trek from 25 minutes away and it’s always worth it. The chef and staff ensure good hospitality and good food.
Man for years me and friends talk about how trash this place is. I went there the other day and it was possibly the best arab food in MN I've had in yhe last 10 years. Highly recommended as of 2 weeks ago based on my experience. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing.Food: 5/5
One of the best ethnic food buffets I have been to in the twin cities. It offers great food, lovely people, and above average in cleanliness. This said, it is far from a fancy place and you shouldn't go here looking for special treatment, but if you really want good and interesting ethnic foods. This is a very good option... The kushari, kabob, and samosas were especially good. I did not arrange the food and in particularly flattering way but check it out.
This is one place that is very consistently awesome in every aspect. Food, service, cleanliness, price, MA You won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work.
It’s wonderful to have a melting pot of variety on Central Avenue — while I’m not personally a fan of Mediterranean food, they serve up a generous variety of Mediterranean and American-inspired food in their four-station buffet. For the most part everything was well-prepared and reasonably fresh-tasting. But with some things — their chicken wings, mussels, falafels, and a few select other items, I found them to be terribly dry and unappealing, especially mussels in particular. But generally speaking, the food was tasty and reminded me of some of the Greek and Arabic food that I had at a couple decisively ethnic churches. The flavors and dishes were consistent with those experiences. It was slightly awkward though walking in — no one greeted me or welcomed me, like you might expect with most restaurants. Additionally, there’s this unspoken thing that you just go up and serve yourself — beverage included. As a first-timer here, there was no real social guidance or invitation — “please, go fix yourself a plate ...the beverages are over there, help yourself.” So I found my first time here a bit awkward because I was unaware of their particular buffet etiquette. Also, for what it’s worth, their interior looks worn and run down in spots — the wall next to the table I sat at had several layers of paint coming off and other areas of the wall were pretty dirty. But in all, it was a decent experience and the food was good. I wish them all the best and great success in the future.
