I have wanted to leave a review many times stating the issues I have had at this establishment, but haven’t brought myself to do so yet. Today was the day! Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times I am disappointed in what I am getting from this particular Biggby. They are SLOW SLOW SLOW, and you have to wait in-line for 20 minutes sometimes with just a couple cars ahead of you, it is absolutely ridiculous! Today I ordered my bragel with extra cream cheese because lately they have not been putting hardly any on them. So I keep ordering them extra cream cheese. Do they ever actually do that? Mmm, not really. Once again disappointed with my order- request completely ignored. Not only this, but I have had previous orders same situation, and drinks that came out completely odd. Inconsistent is this Biggby location. And when you spend $15 on a drink and bragel, you should probably take the time to get it right- especially if I already have to wait in like 20 mins as is! Somebody help this location get “established”.
First of all Makayla is the best. She was so cheery and accommodating getting our order just how we liked it with the best attitude. Now my favorite Biggby. Also our drinks were perfectly how we requested. And the area is also beautiful.Food: 5/5
This is by far my favorite biggby coffee location around, I have became a regular here since I am now attending school in the area and I always look forward to coming by on my breaks to get a drink and visit my favorite biggby Baristas!! the attitude of the girls that work here are always wonderful, Makayla is always in the most upbeat mood and great attitude and I am always happy to see her! very grateful for the kind staff who always make my day better!!!
Gave me the 2 for 1 deal, even though I didn't ask, or even know it was available. Saved me $15 when buying 4 things!Food: 5/5
The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They tend to be busy and a bit understaffed, but they get things done in good time. I often don't know how to explain what I'm looking for but they always help give advice and offer ideas and options to me. They the atmosphere there as well, very relaxing.

Waited and waited at the drive thru speaker, then waited at the window almost 10 minutes. Finally drove around and went inside. One girl was sitting on the floor and the other standing just talking. When I asked if the drive thru is open she said yes. I said I had waited and she said “oh well the speaker is broken”. What? I said I had waited at the window also and she said “oops”. Terrible service. Put a sign on the speaker if it’s broken
What can I say, this Biggby has really gone down hill over the last year. They used to have super awesome customer service and bagels. Today was my last time at this biggby. The customer service is just so so and I'm not sure who does the ordering but they might need some training. My last several trips which are few are a fewdays during the week and weekend have left me driving to the grand haven Biggby for my food. On multiple occasions they have been out of multiple types of bagels, cream cheese and turkey for their bagels. No other Biggby has this issue on a consistent basis. A year ago I rated this Biggby a 5 star but today I had revise my review and would not recommend this Biggby.
I have always been a Starbucks person. Until last weekend. My husband and I stopped at the Spring Lake Mi. shop. Staff were wearing shirts with LGBTQ pride colors. I will not go back to Starbucks. Thank you for openly displaying your love for all people. You’ve got my business.
