The person taking our order was super agitated, but answered our questions. We ordered a tuna wrap and cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. She offered their signature dipping sauce with it, and I'm glad I tried it, it was amazing! The food came out hot and fresh. I did find it odd that 2 sets of people that came in well after us were served before us, but thought it might have been my burger that took a little longer than sandwiches to fix. We were there a little after 1pm on a Saturday and it seemed rather busy with about 12 people eating inside. We would eat here again.

Super disappointed in this place. I've traded here for years, but I am done now! Twice in the last couple months they have not fixed my sandwich like I asked, and it was a very simple request. When I eat in Tulsa, they have no problem filling my order. BTW management... I've seen your stock answers to people's reviews, if that's the best you can do please don't even answer this. If you really cared about improving customer service you wouldn't have as many one-star reviews.... I understand it's hard to get people to work and even harder to get people with common sense and customer service skills, but I really don't think the management cares... it's all about money anymore... Bye bye!

Secret gem in Claremore! The falafel sandwich was delicious! Great place for vegan food. They also have a platter.

I usually love this place but today the portions were small and my falafel were greasy and gross!! Even my salad was smaller!! Whats going on?! No thanks !!

Just not a very hometown welcoming atmosphere, nobody ever greets a customer entering or exiting..... Or ever period they are good to mumble a few words and never really talk directly to you. Weird and this is not a 1 or 2 times observation it's all the times I have ever been inside1/2 dozen at least so it doesn't contribute to a bad or off day it just seems the code of conduct really

Update: Today I was able to return and actually speak with the owner! He stepped up well and beyond my expectations! Extremely satisfied with my visit! The baklava is amazing! Thicker gyro meat is available upon request and it makes a huge difference in flavor! Thank you for going above and beyond! Friendly staff, clean facility! Ordered the gyro platter. It came with tabuli, hummas, and pita bread also ordered a side of onion rings! Everything was pretty decent. Onion rings were amazing! My 3 stars were based off the gyro itself! The gyro meat is a very thin sliced lackluster at best pre packaged meat, think Arby's!

One of the best places for a decent lunch. Great soup. Great sandwiches. Quick services even at lunch hour.

Company doesn’t care about customers** If you read the bad reviews they’re all true I’ve witnessed first hand all 3/4 times I’ve been. Lady’s upfront are rude, management doesn’t respond to any of those reviews and they’re still working there.** Terrible customer service Every time I’ve been in here. The lady’s always have attitudes when you’re ordering. And have messed my order several times. Food is just not consistent. Taste different every time.NOT ONLY DID THE TWO CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME GET THEIR FOOD FIRST. THEY HAD TWO SANDWICHES TO MY ONE with already made soups and six people standing behind the counter talking. This came with my sandwich and smells like seasoned toilet water nor does it smell like what I got last time. This is NASTY and will not be returning. Management responded with “reach out to our management team.” No… you reach out to the manger get things fixed. That’s how you do business. CLEARLY

They do an extremely poor job and prioritizing customers, the 5 people behind me in line were given their food before me, and 3 door dashers came and went, I’m still sitting here currently as the 6th customer is being brought their food. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve now been here an hour, and will never waste my time here again. I ordered a sandwich and a gyro and there’s no reason why i should have to wait over an hour to get that. If you want a soup and sandwich go to subway.
