Reasor's

I dropped in here when I was back in town. It's comforting to know that the Reasor's I grew up going to is still alive and thriving. The staff were friendly and the store was very clean. They've always had a great food selection.

Reasors is a great store but the staff is what makes it so special. Always smiling faces. Reasors attention to customer service is impressive. Other businesses could learn from their example. Reasors card has great gas perks too.

Changing my review. I'm officially done with this place. I hate Walmart, but I'm forced to use them instead because at least they know how to fulfill an online, curbside pickup and ensure I don't receive MULTIPLE EXPIRED ITEMS picture attached. Expired meat by 2 days. Expired half & half by 14 days. Add on top of that the numerous chances I've given this location to get curbside pickup correct, and I'm over it. The shoppers don't know critical thinking skills when it comes to substituting items. No individual sticks of butter available? Get the full stick version. No lime chips available from one brand? Try a different brand. There's several. Pint size isn't available? Get the quart size then. But no, just say it's not available and don't bother. Incompetence and negligence all around. Shop at your own risk.

Best grocery experience I have had in awhile! All the staff was very kind and helpful. Genuine! The prices are pretty good too! Good Job Reasors Claremore!!

The man making the sushi, Abi the cashier, and several of the customers just very friendly and helpful and made my day so much more pleasant!

I've been getting cakes from Resor's Claremore, OK for 3 years and every year at less 1 out of 3 of my kids cakes are messed each year if not more either by wrong size or wrong print when the ticket clearing say it right. At less this time they made it right and gave me 2 packs of cupcakes to make up. But still the cake decorators needs to learn to read.

I enjoy shopping at my local town Reasor’s. The employees are friendly, the self check out seems to always be working, and accessible. The fresh fruit and vegetables are always kept stocked and clean. The deli is a great recent add on and their made fresh meals for lunch and dinner are better than most fast food in town, and the prices are better! The grocery division is always well maintained and stocked. The only complaint I have is within the meat department, and it’s not that big of a issue. It seems that the butcher area for the meat department routinely as of lately has been closing early and you cannot have any butcher needs done. I know this is a convenience issue, but I’ve been in the store now on three separate occasions to buy meat from the case and have been told they closed early and I could not buy anything. I was told this after I spent 3-5 minutes trying to get someone to help me. Mind you, all three occasions took place before 7pm on both weekend and weeknights. Other than that, I am very happy to have this Reasor’s in Claremore.

Expired items all over the store: dairy, hot dogs, juices, soups, and much more. I've mentioned it to employees and still same result. I use to order online but they send you items already expired or about to expire within days!!!!

I left Reasors today amazed at the customer service I received. 5 star!!!

I'm new to Claremore, I've the big food stores here... A discount one, one that starts with W... Then Reasor's which I would describe as the best full service grocer in Claremore. Here's why. Variety and selection, they have Asian sauces and spices and other ethnic foods I can't find at the two competitors. The associates know where the products are. Being new to a grocery store can be an epic journey into an abyss of re walking aisles. On every occasion an associate had brought me straight for my desired item. They have male cashier's. I don't think it makes a difference, but it's noticeable, maybe having a balanced staff is a plus. Having men and women in all positions is maybe an oil of success there. They offer cool paper bags, for every visit. I think the premium paper bags help encourage more eco friendly actions. I don't plan to melt alive but maybe that one paper bag will carry the next generation. A real doctors scale and free blood pressure monitor by the pharmacy is kind of cool too. I think they went a little Midwest Oklahoma on the sushi selection but par for being in the Midwest Oklahoma area. 5 stars Reasor's, you are my new favorite grocer.
