The pharmacy is worthless! I don't see how they stay in business with the attitude that they have. I'll gladly pay out of network prices to avoid those a-holes.
Great service and selections, associates are always helpful and ready to help you!
If the store isn’t open 24/7 update your google hours. Kinda livid. Will not be shopping at any location.
This used to be a great pharmacy a few years ago. Now everyone seems irritated like you are inconveniencing them by picking up your prescription. I once drove from Tulsa and was waiting in the drive thru and soon as my turn came they immediately shut the blinds to take a lunch break. I know they are aware of how many cars are in the drive thru. I could even see someone standing on the other side of the window looking right at me but I had to wait until the lunch break was over before I could pick up my single prescription. I have since switched to Reasor's Pharmacy and its a completely different atmosphere.
Zero!! Wife went in to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacist was rude!! Lost our business and I will be telling all about how she was treated!!
Multiple complaints. #1. The rude blonde. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. I was so friendly at the drive thru and you were smug, had a terrible attitude and extremely demeaning right off the bat. Seriously, see a therapist. #2. Why does everyone in this pharmacy act like you are inconveniencing them? Don’t worry CVS, I’m moving my scripts to Walgreens TODAY. #3. If you’re changing your hours and not going to stay open 24/7, you should probably change your sign and communicate publicly other than leaving your customers to be surprised when they ONLY use your pharmacy for that reason. CVS is a JOKE
In a lot of pain and needing some otc medicine, called the number and it said they are 24hr. I show up to a closed store. Straight up false advertising. Won't be back.
Let's talk about 'Dan' the pharmacist. So I called this CVS to check that they had an item in stock. I had just driven to two other stores in town that said they had an item in stock only to find out they did not. I explained this to 'Dan' and that my doctor had screwed up the prescription and I had to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed. But I was in alot of pain and needed some relief. Or at least get it started. I had a sudden acute case of Gout in my foot. I was looking for Tart Cherry extract or some other type of otc gout relief. 'Dan' assured me they didn't sell anything like that. I even told Dan that it showed on the website that they did. Dan apparently didn't care, didn't wanna look it up, or didn't wanna go check the shelf. Luckily my wife didn't believe Dan .. she drove to the store went in found two bottles and then checked of with Dan the pharmacist. She informed Dan of his misinformation, paid and left.
Went to pick up my sons prescription that was sent over by the ER and to buy a heating pad, wound supplies and pain meds. As I was deciding on which Tylenol I wanted, there's more than one!the lady pharmacist asked me if she could help me find something because she's "shutting it down in 2 minutes", in a very rude manner. Had the Tylenol in my hand, told her I need a heating pad and wound supplies. She pointed to the heating pads and seemed perturbed I needed so much. I also stated I need to pick up a prescription and held up the paper from the hospital just in case they hadn't sent it over. She said, " I can't fill that". I told her the hospital may have sent it over. She said "if they did then I can do that". She was so very rude. And said again, "I'm shutting it down in 2 minutes". I said forget it, I'll buy the Tylenol and script and get the rest somewhere else. She said, " ok". Then she made an announcement that due to short staffing please make your selection and head to the register. Well, I was already checked out but obviously had time for the 2 other things on my list. I just can't believe how rude she was. I'm sorry they were short staffed but that was not acceptable behavior. I had just left the ER with my son for gods sake. That experience was not expected nor needed. I wanted to get my things and get my son home. I wasn't there just piddling around. I was there to get what I needed and head home. Went next door to Walgreens to get the wound supplies and heating pad. They were very hospitable at walgreens. I will never shop at that CVS again. I would advise other people to go some place more caring as well.
The ladies here are just the nicest bunch of gals anywhere. And Vicki, over in the pharmacy, really knows her stuff and she keeps that pharmacy clean and organized!
