A beautiful bouquet that looks more like it belongs in a photoshoot and not an actual arrangement.  Very fresh and beautifully arranged.  Friendly person to take the order, pricing was fair.  Maybe the best florist I have ever used.  Top-notch!
I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly service and conversation with this florist. I was from out of the area and they provided the most beautiful arrangement and delivery was right on time. My friend sent a picture of the arrangement and it was amazing. You never know what the arrangement will look like when you order from out of the area, whether you are getting your money's worth, but this florist came through 100%. Wow, wow, wow. It's difficult to put into words just how beautiful our flowers were for our wedding. Virginia and her team at Bill's Arrangements were amazing to work with from day 1. Virginia is a sweetheart and very down to earth. We brought a bunch of photos to our consultation and she put together an extremely organized proposal, asking all the right questions. Plus, she was super flexible as our guest count changed and we needed to adjust the number of tables. We had a December wedding, but we didn't want anything too 'holiday' themed. The uber-creative Virginia took our palette of burgundy, blush, rose gold, and greenery and completely exceeded any expectations, making the photos we brought in pale in comparison to the overall look she designed for us. Everything was warm, everything was romantic, everything was rustic but chic, everything was perfectly executed. The flowers were delivered on time and so very clearly labeled, making all of our lives easier on what could have been a stressful day. The quality of the flowers was notable - my bouquet was still looking perfect a week and a half later, and is now beautifully dried and on display. Highly, highly recommend Bill's Arrangements for your wedding or ANY event or special occasion for that matter. A++++++

I visited Bill's Flowers Arrangements today and I met Franca for the first time. She was extremely friendly and very very kind. I mentioned to her that I had a favorite flower for a special meaning and she went out of her way to not only find me one of these in her shop, but to make a beautiful arrangement around it. I won't forget this and it meant a lot to me. I will definitely be going here from now on!!

I have used them in the past and the flowers are amazingly beautiful, but the thing that got me to write a review is how they went out of the way for me today. I wanted to send my mom flowers as it is her birthday and she is in the hospital alone due to covid protocol. They were about to close and were finished with deliveries for today, but they went out of their way to make one last bunch and told me they would deliver them on their way home from work. That was no nice of them and more than I could have asked for. This simple act of compassion meant the world to me and I am sure it will to my mom as well. I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be using them for all future orders to family and you should too.
I used to work for Bill’s Arrangements when it was at the previous location but besides being a previous employee, I’m a loyal customer because of their great service. I have known Virginia and Tom for 14 years now. They are good people who take care of their customers. You will get quality flowers from them every time. My family knows they’re my only florist — my baby shower and bridal shower arrangements were made by them, as well as my sister’s bridal shower. Always the best!
