Bill's Bar & Burger

Billy Bob's is a great bar in the middle of Disney Village where you can catch a concert and drink and chat with friends. It is recommended to go there on a special event like Halloween or New Year's Eve, you will be happy with the atmosphere. There is no entrance fee. The price of the bar is reasonable, you can order a few small dishes, if you are hungry.
It is advertised as a Country Western Saloon and certainly looks the part. Don’t let that fool you into believing that the advertised live music would be of the same genre. We had Sash, Out here Brothers, Britney, Whitney, Anna and Celine amongst others, but not a single country song! Not even during the interludes where we hoped the live singer had gone away to learn three cords and the truth! Alas our Texan sharing plate didn’t help warm the atmosphere as it was stone cold and we were so hungry by this point. The singer was actually quite reasonable after she had warmed up so we had a good laugh at the situation, finished our bottle of Martini Prosecco and left with a pivot turn cursing that Damn Strait.
We booked a table for 9.15pm, as that was all that was available. It wasn’t clear if you needed to book for this restaurant, or if you could just rock up. We went to what we thought was the front entrance, only to be told to go down the side and take a right. We could not for the life of us see where we were meant to go as there were no signs. As you can only book for a time a lot, it was not clear as to what we had actually booked as the sign on the outside said there was a buffet and a bar. However, we were just sent upstairs to the buffet. You have to pay before you’re even seated and you pick your drink there and then, which was very weird. The instructions and guidance was appalling. We had no idea how to order extra drinks and what drinks were included in our meal. There was also no water, probably the first restaurant I’ve been to in a long time that doesn’t give offer tap water, or have it on the side. A member of staff came over and asked us if we wanted more Coke, his English wasn’t very good and our French isn’t great either. We had no idea if these drinks were included with our meal, as he did not give us a bill. I would expect free soft drink refills for a buffet that cost 38 Euros per person! However, he came back and said I needed to follow him to pay for them. They don’t even come to your table with a card machine. The food was nice for a buffet, but it’s not Tex Mex, just a very random selection. I wouldn’t eat here again, I think it’s completely misleading and overpriced. Like the rest of Disney Paris, I expected it to be like America and up to their standards of service, which is absolutely is not.
Our experience was fantastic for Disney. Once you get your head around the fact that all food in Disney is about twice the price it should be, and half the standard of average, this place is one of the best. Buffet style in Disney, is a must with children. Disney is a ‘magical world imagined for children’ yet overrun with adults. Dining in Disney is an example of that, set menu’s are just not good for children. Buffet here gives them the opportunity to pick what they like, furthermore Billy Bob’s has a children’s buffet area. We were booked for 6pm, right when it opens. I imagine the experience would be drastically different if you were arriving at 8/9pm for example. It was getting really busy as we were leaving at 7pm. Overall 4/5 for Disney. 3* for everywhere else. Kid-friendliness: Children’s buffet. Dining a la crate in Disney is problematic with children. The menu’s are extremely restrictive for children.
We booked the buffet as part of our Disney all included experience. When arrived, the staff said we couldn't enter with our pass unless we payed. Didn't explain the why the stakehouse staff kindly explained next morning and hushed us out of the buffet zone. I guess the staff was more interested in the France's world cup game against Australia, than serving us, since afterwards it took 10 minutes for the staff to receive our order in the menu zone after being seated almost no other clients were seated at the same time. Allergies? Restrictions? Not our problem! You have either of these menus, if you want to eat here with that card. So, we ate a warm plate almost cold of chicken legs with chips one order was with Doritos and even that the man messed up. Dessert? Either brownie or brownie. Considering the chicken legs were so bad I couldn't finish them, I decided I wouldn't risk eating the brownie that the waiter tossed to the table yes, I used the correct word - tossed. To make the whole situation worse, the waiter didn't even listen when we said in French that there were people at the table from two separate rooms and took only one card from one room. Charged three breakfast to that card yes, we dined, so I guess his timezone was wrong. Decided to start speaking English to the staff and make no more efforts, as none were made by them. Fortunately the staff at the Santa Fe hotel helped with the mess the staff made.
After eating awful fast food rubbish in the Park all day it was nice to sit down and eat some real food. Loads of choice and lots for the kids. Great value for money consider what Rubbish was served in the park at extortionate prices. It was a bit daunting at first not speaking french trying to work out what to do but a really helpful chef behind the counter explained how everything worked in English, thank you Elise! We as a family can definitely recommend this restaurant!
Place is nice though not really different like other disney restaurants... Have to go on last floor by stairs. Have to make réservation before coming. Not too expensive for the place. Staff was really nice and helpful:they bring us to the buffet and told and showed us everything that was made without eggs my wife has allergy. Food was good and a lot of different things to eat. Nice buffet.
Not good at all! Long queue when you get upstairs, have to pay before you have you food, and with the issues it's not worth it! €96 for two people plus two alcoholic drinks and for food was shocking. Staff took us to our table cramped and in the corner and we were not told what to do at the buffet. Food was very slow to be restocked and was of low quality when it was restocked. Paid lots of money and very disappointed. Look elsewhere as there are much better places to eat.
Great food, if you book for the buffet there is a huge selection, and if you are very hungry it is probably worth it. If not then could be expensive, it may be best to sit outside and order from the menu. Food is still excellent
Couldn't want to go there any less. Came in for a drink with friends. Full of Disney staff getting wasted and bouncers very unfriendly to tourists. For a tourist hotspot... I'd say its pretty shockingly bad. Plenty of other good places in the village. Spend your money elsewhere.
