I live close to this subway and the two women who are working here are awesome. I know I will get consistent and methodically well made sub. I am a fan of the globs of sandwich sauce they supply you with. I am Baja chipotle all the way. Because the store is clean and the workers are friendly and welcoming I recommend this particular location. My bird loves subway bread too. It’s always a treat for him to get a little toasted bread. Dietary restrictions: They have a QR code so you can view the potential for allergens.
Cancelled my online order because they didn’t honor the coupon code that was accepted on the app. I wasn’t notified until I got there to pick up the food. No food ready so I had to place a new order and wait. They gave me $2 off, but the coupon was for buy 1 get 1 footlong free, so not much of a discount. And while I was waiting, they denied accepting another customers Subway gift card, stating “we don’t honor those gift cards”. Not sure what’s up but everything seems shady and unacceptable.
Great Subway. Always clean and staff is very nice. Healthy servings of meats and cheese. Only minus is that they don’t take coupons!Food: 5/5
WORST SUBWAY IN PITTSBURGH ORDERED OFF THE AP THEY TOOK MY MONEY THE PLACE DID NOT HONOR MY COUPON WAS SUPPOSED TO GET TWO SUBS I ENDED SETTLING FOR ONE TOLD THE LADY JUST GIVE ME A COOKIE TO EVEN THE PRICE AND THE SUB WAS TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL SUBWAY FELT LIKE I WASNT EVEN IN THE USA MORE LIKE SOMEWHERE OVER SEAS THE LADY WAS IGNORANT ABOUT IT I SMILES AND TOLD HER SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME WITH DEAD EYES AND DIDNT RESPOND I WALKED OUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This isn’t a one star review because of the staff, food, or service. I found out that the owner KEEPS all of the staff’s tips. Shame on you! Service workers need & deserve their tips!

Everytime I go there, the employees are always friendly they know me and my family as their regular never had an issue at all. Food is always fire, very good mannerisms, and their stations and everything is always clean. I tip em everytime Food: 5/5
Placed an online order for pickup, says they close at 10, selected soonest pickup time which was 9:40. When we arrived the door was locked and they said they close at 9:45 despite the Subway App and and google saying they were open until 10 PM. Employee held up the order receipt confirming they got the order and just chose not to make it. The order was already payed for and when asked how to get a refund they said they didn't know. I get that it was late but you should change the app so that people aren't able to place orders that they don't intend on fulfilling. The order was placed at around 9:20 allowing plenty of time for it to be made before they closed at 9:45.
