I absolutely LOVE this Bill's location!! They usually have all the odds and ends I need last minute and the prices are usually competitive to the grocery store, sometimes cheaper too! The store is always clean and inviting. I love the "daily deals" on fuel, car washes, etc. They keep the friendly small town feel which is so hard to find these days! They'll help you bring out your purchases if you need, they offer a fuel service if you're mobility challenged and they actually have propane refills! My all time favorite employee, and the one who truly makes Bill's in my eyes, is Neela. She's been there since the beginning and is always so friendly. She was in a tragic car accident that almost took her life, and Bill's kept her job for her. That speaks volumes about this location. I will forever support this location because of Neela and how this location kept her job for her and they work with her around her lifelong injuries due to the accident. Keep up the amazing job Neela and the other store employees! You're keeping a little bit of small town Ramsey alive.
So friendly. Gas stations are usually pretty transactional for me. In out done. But the staff here really stood out to me.
Nicest staff! They literally have everything that a grocery store has and more. Who thought we'd find split peas at a gas station grocery. Best store ever!
Hated how rude a staff member named Neela was to me at checkout. Didn't even say have a good day or nothing polite in fact she wasn't even at the register when I needed to checkout. That kind of poor customer service is why I don't shop at this location as much anymore, this isn't the first time staff was rude it's more like all the time. I spent thirty dollars there today at least say have a nice day even if you don't care it's called common courtesy ok try it sometime Bill's staff members.
BEST SERVICE in Ramsey. I absolutely love visiting Bill's Superette. Bill's goes over-and-above every single time I visit the store. If there is only one cashier and there are more than three customers standing in line, you can expect that they will ring the service bell, which tells other employees to come to the front to help cut down the lines. If you have too many items to carry them all out in one trip, you can expect the cashier to ring the service bell to have another employee help you to your car. If it's snowing, you can expect to see one of the employees constantly coming outside to clear a path, not only on the sidewalks in front of the store, but 4-8 feet out towards the pumps. No other gas station/convenient store I have ever visited has anywhere near the service offered by Bill's. In fact, at many other places, there could be 6-8 people standing in line, while only one employee is ringing and the other employee is just standing around putting cigarettes away. The best part about Bill's is that customers come first. So whether their shift is about to end and their counting their money for the day, or their stocking shelves, or their making fresh food, or anything else, they will drop what their doing to help customers. That's why I can confidently say that Bill's, hands down, has the BEST SERVICE in town!
Bills never disappoints. Today I bought $77 worth of stuff, including 3 bags of heavy driveway salt. I said I would carry out my couple bags and come back in for the salt bags. Upon my return, a Bills employee had clocked out for the day but still offered to help me carry out the bags of salt. On or off the clock, this Bills is the best Bills in the state. Thank you!
Love Bill's, my family and I spend alot there to support a local business. However, today when I visited they had a sign on the door stating "if you are not wearing a mask we will assume you have a health reason and we will not ask any questions" this is a way to say masks are optional. I will not be visiting Bill's at this time. Step up and keep us all safe. I am sad my local store is doing this.
The store is fine no complaints. But they need to take some minimal measures re COVID 19 prevention. One staff person wore a mask, but the one who waited on me didn’t. and no plexiglass installed when I visited today July 21. Seems like a well run operation otherwise so that surprises me.
Spot on these dudes are, need propane in the winter because you refuse to use the oven? These guys gotcha, awesome customer service. If it weren't for the high gas prices, I'd come more often.
Staffed by a bunch of super friendly young kids. I've had a great time stopping by and getting a propane refill easy-peasy.
