Bill's Superette

Moved to the area from out of state a few months ago and only recently stopped in and am so glad I finally did. It's very close and convenient for me and I was really surprised at what a nice selection of grocery items they had. Store was clean, well stocked and well staffed. I have a feeling I'll be stopping here very frequently now that I know how much they offer.

Employees are great. Very nice and helpful. Nancy,Erin,and Eli are amazing they are very professional and helpful. Always leave happy and satisfied with their service. And you can always look forward to store manager greeting you in the morning and asking if you found everything OK.

Love Bills! The place is always clean, so convenient, very friendly helpful service! Always greeted with a smile and a hello! Love this little store! What’s going on here? Past few months continually greeted by weed smell in parking lot and loud music! People drunk or high begging for money at picnic table or sitting on rocks by entrance or people begging in parking lot! I no longer feel safe! I won’t fill up my gas tank here or shop here anymore! Come on Bills you can do better at monitoring your property!

This is one of the cleanest most cared for gas stations ever. I will pretty much fill my gas here 99% of the time. I worked for this company from age 16 to 19. Management has perfection standards that reflect on the store and the store looks great shout out to Dave. Staff selection is very competitive, so the staff is always on on point. They have a great variety of breakfast foods and a wide grocery selection. Because of the location, the customers can be super nasty to the staff and to the store, but the store always does a prompt job cleaning up and caring for the place.

Bill’s has worked so hard over the years to establish a reputation for great customer service. And it was well earned and deserved! However, there has been a serious decline in their employee culture. Employees stand around taking, and ignoring long lines. I hope ownership recognizes this issue quickly and makes corrections. I know there are a few Bill's locations, this one should be called Dave's. Dave is the store Manager there and has been there forever. Dave is more than that though, Dave is a huge part of this community. He keeps the shelves stocked, even with ordering challenges because he knows a lot of people use his store to supplement between grocery runs. Dave has employed hundreds of our youth over the years. Dave can always be found stocking a shelf or cleaning. When you walk by he always says hello and calls you by your name. We are lucky to have Dave's Superette. Thanks Dave.

Customer service is an absolute joke now a days, but this place holds their employees to a higher standard. I have never had a bad experience here, every single person is incredibly polite and quick. I've never had to wait more than a minute. You guys are fantastic!

Staff always friendly. Wide selection of food to stock up on or get something on the go. Not as big as a grocery store, but you can pick up a lot of basics and meals.

What can I say bad about bill's this place is awesome the staff are sweetheart always down to talk and laugh with you and crack a Joke with you,the Elderly lady are just sweetheart warms my heart every time i see them, the young employees are always roasting each other and forth. The Assistant manager Eli wat can i say about the man probably the best manager I have ever seen in my life,I would quite my job n take a pay cut just to work with so cool down to earth he treats his employee how a manager should treat them and is always laughing and talking to the customers, would drop whatever his doing to help his employees and customer what a great guy. the place is clean and is easy to find what ever your looking for... would real recommend that you stop by a check it out.

The sign on the door says masks required... 3 employees working, only one had their mask on. Well, another one did but it was pulled down under her chin. I do not understand some people, at all!!! So, 2 employees without masks on and at least 1 customer without a mask ??? Come on people! The one employee that had his mask on was the youngest of the 3. It's good to see the younger people have enough respect for others!
