So happy to have found Jordan to recover our pool table. He was very easy to communicate with via phone or text and responded quickly. His schedule was flexible and even accommodated me by working my appointment into a different day when I had something come up on our original appointment date. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on all kinds of things regarding our pool table, its condition and the quality of the parts. He even discouraged us from replacing our yellowed billiard balls. We were so ready to get rid of them until he told us they were of very good quality and could easily be cleaned. An area of the felt around the pocket needed to be secured again the day after the installation. He came by the house and made it perfect again in less than 15 minutes! That same visit he also brought me some brushes to keep to brush the the cloth I chose black cloth which was very nice of him. I am so thrilled with the quality of work and will use Jordan any time we need service on our pool table. He made our vintage Brunswick look modern and new again!
Amazing! This gentleman could not have been more friendly, patient, kind, generous and professional. He was on time, game my wife and I an outstanding deal, Delivery and set up was top notch and all the extras and goodies he provided at no charge were a pleasant surprise. He even gave us his own personal set of very expensive billiard balls since he was out of the usual sets he provides with purchase. He is the ONLY one we will recommend and the ONLY one to call if you want it done right the first time and at a very fair price. Easy review when you are blown away by the service/person. We engaged Billiard Man to re-felt and assemble a table. Jordan and team were very polite, friendly and informative. He gave us free advice over the phone and came out very quickly to attend our pool table. When on site he and his team were professional, quick and adept. We absolutely recommend!
Jordan and his crew did a phenomenal job moving and installing our table. He is professional, and take pride on his work. He was very communicative throughout the process, and executed everything he told me he would. The installation process was fast and painless. I would use him again for sure. I also need to mention he is not the cheapest, but I also got higher quotes for the same job.
Jordan is the man! Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to pool and snooker tables. He delivered my extremely heavy and expensive 10' table with the utmost care. His technique used in breaking down, moving and setting up the table was well worth the cost.

Jordan and his guys were awesome. They recently moved my pool table from my old house to my new house, put new Simonis cloth on it, and replaced the bumpers. Not only are they the most knowledgeable and skilled crew, they are very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I ended up with the best possible table. I would highly recommend using these guys, since you won't find any better than them!
