Ok, first of all, it's conflict of interest to leave a review for a company you work for and misleading to reviewers. Second of all, as someone who owns a practice and does my own billing, the billing here is atrocious. First date of service was in July and I don't get a statement until nearly October. Studies show that further out from the date of service, you are less likely to get your collection. Also, your online payment portal DOES NOT work. It's frustrating to clients. I feel bad for the provider you do billing for. To take 4-6% of collections, is a crime in my opinion for the crummy service you provide for him/her. This is how you bill: run insurance claim asap, send out bill asap, follow up with client asap and make it easy for client to pay. Better yet, collect patient responsibility at time of service. This is why I do my own billing.
A decent place to work if you enjoy accuracy and repetition. There is a bit of a high learning curve starting out, but you'll get the hang of it in time. I did a good job there but had to leave over a miscommunication that could have been handled better by all parties. Ke sera sera. Not a bad place for providers looking to outsource their billing.
