Super cute mom & pop shop ! Love the decor! Food was pretty good as well. Great portions and a variety of food on the menu . Also happened to stop by on Polski Day and got a perogi!

First time going here. Very fun and cool place and ambiance. If I lived in town it would definitely be a regular there. Large menu and drink selection. There is something for everyone. The staff we enjoyed were very friendly and professional. There is a really fun outdoor seating area that is decorated in a very cool way. Makes you feel like you're right where you want to be. Daily specials. Easy access off the main road. Would definitely recommend this place. If you haven't been there you need to give it a try. The kind of place where when you walk in you here "Norm!"

LOVE THE FOOD!! Who could imagine a tiny little bar that is easily missed as you pass by would have some of the best food in town. I prefer the Chick Fried Steak. Their burgers are probably one of the best in the city. I love the bartenders cause they are very friendly and the TV is always on to something other than sports in the afternoons. I say go there and have a tall wheat!

I would go back to this place, but you have to manage your expectations. It's going to be dark inside. It's a little old, but that's alright. The other patrons are probably going to be loud. The bathrooms could use some renovation. The food here was better the first time I went. I got the same burger both times. The second time it was full of hard gristle. The fries are bland. Edible, but nothing you'll be craving. I'd give three stars, but took one off for the quality of that meat alone. Overall, it's not horrible, but it's not great either. The staff is rather nice to customers, however, so they do have that going for them. The service was attentive as well.

Great family owned bar. Lots of amazing dishes too! Random specials like cabbage rolls, meatloaf & chicken with noodles are a must! Can't beat the hand breaded chicken fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans on Wednesdays & Thursdays... my favorite!

Great place for a home style supper and a frosty mug of your choice of ale! Have had supper here a couple times when in the area on business. The good service will also make me come back! 2 thumbs up!

Never disappointed. Great staff. Big cold beers and good food. All very reasonable. Usually a yummy food special too. Stop by and hang out at the bar...

Has to be one of the best of the last fine neighborhood bar & grills. Family-owned and operated; excellent, friendly service with very good food I'm partial to the Friday Night Goulash. Great place to meet up & watch a game solo or with a group.

If I could Id give it -5 stars. a friend and I went in because of all the good reviews. We went in there was about 6 people in there not including us or staff. We were seated rather quickly, and put our order in that being nachos for me and a Philly cheese steak sandwich for my friend. him and I got talking waiting an hour later the manager came over and asked us if we were going to order anything. we told him that we ordered from the waitress and what we ordered. said waitress was talking to another guest the whole time, after another 30 minutes give or take a few, our orders came out. both were cold. no apology or anything, when the bill came the manager came with it only to make sure we paid. No apology about what happened, not even a sorry. We were nothing but nice about this but still, I would have expected at least an apology for what happened. I advice that if your thinking about going here DONT. It was a waste of time and money over priced for what we got.rude staff. If your a usual or know a usual then it may be different but for anyone new its the worst service I have ever gotten, I could have made better nachos at home with dollar chips, and cheese. this place dose not deserve the 4.3 stars it has.

Unfortunately Kyle had a bad experience but I have been here NUMEROUS times and it has never been anything but great! The bartenders are friendly, everyone is there to just have a good time, and the chicken fried steak, in my opinion, is the best I've ever had, no joke! I will always be back because it's the only bar in KC that I WANT to have my money. Take it for what it's worth but I think that bad review was, unfortunately, a once in a blue moon thing.
