First time to this location in many, many years. Pulled up to drive thru, where you order: waited, waited. Said hello a few times, waited some more. Finally a man came on I ordered club ranch chicken sandwich. When got to window to pay a very nice, pretty young lady, great smile by the way. I payed for my food. While was waiting outside the window, Middle aged man, made comment about the window being left open, so she shut it.  Then the same man, opens the window, and tells me a total: i advised I had already paid, still waiting for my food that I ordered, then he turns percedes to leave the window open, the same thing he had just gotten onto the young woman servicing me. mind you, while the window was closed earlier. I watched a Row of cups "Around 6-8" Fall on the Floor, they were not all covered in plastic sleeve "Maybe only 2". I even told the young lady, when she gave me my order, that I saw him, I thought had to throw them away, thus was not at home, where you could maybe use the  3 second rule. Sorry don't think that works here, with greasy floor of Fast Food, and what was funny, as I was Driving Off, I saw one of those cups, shot back out of the holder onto the floor. I pulled around to a handicap parking spot, to open my food. The chicken looked fine, but in what country is lettuce white. Who ever made my sandwich gave me a piece if white lettuce, the piece that should have been thrown in the trash, never placed on a customers sandwich. So corporate office, needs to check in on this location, to give Kudos to the young lady at Drive thru Window, and they  need to train the middle aged man.  Wheelchair accessibility: They have two Handicap parking spots.

This place only gets 1 star because no stars is not an option!! Absolutely disgusting!! Dirty inside/out staff was dirty and the inside smelled like hot sweaty socks. I grew up on Jack and this place ain’t it!! The people are clearly there just for a paycheck and it shows. My burger was sloppy, cheese was just slapped on and hanging off the sides, the burger was also cold. What are they doing over there?? Shut this place down already!!

The tables in the dining room were pretty dirty. I tried the loaded mini tacos. They were ok but I doubt I’ll be back.Food: 3/5

I want to just say I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve got here. Everything was super tasty and had anything I could have wanted at any time of the day. I would honestly go here often if it wasn’t for the fact that every time I go here it takes 30 minutes to get my food. Not because there’s a line but because it just takes them forever to make my food. Idk why it takes so long, but I’ll go again if I don’t mind waiting forever to eat.

I love eating here after a long day at work. I don’t get off till 2am and I always come here after. Tonight was not a good experience. I go to the drive through and they tell me they’re back up with door dash orders and it would be 20 minutes till they will take orders. I waited 25-30 minutes till I tried to pull through the drive through again and they said it would be 20 minutes again so we asked how long it was going to actually be because I’ve been at work all day and im just hungry and tired so I want to go home, and all told us “they couldn’t help us tonight” just ridiculous. I understand if you’re busy but I was trying to be polite and waited but I’ve never had to “stop taking orders” when I worked in the fast food industry. And to say you can help me tonight. I live where there is no fast food open near me and I drive 45 minutes to go home after work and I stop here half way home. And I love the people there never had an issue until tonight.

Way too slow at the drive thru.  Unfortunately the lady at the window is unhappy there and it showed.  As a night worker, I was happy to see they will be 24 hrs again.  I sure hope she doesn't work the overnight shift.  It really should go without saying that complaining to fellow employees is unattractive, but doing it where customers can hear you is unacceptable.

I went through the drive through at 8:30pm. They said they can’t take my order for another 10 minutes for shift change. I was willing to wait, as I am out of state and really wanted to try the food here. Around 8:55pm, I thought they were talking through the box so I told them I couldn’t hear them. They again said “it’s going to be a 10-15 minute wait” I let them know they told me that almost 30 minutes ago, and they ignored me. I decided to park in the parking lot to wait. Every person that came up, they have told there is a “10 minute wait” and they are denying everyone service. At around 9:20, I decided to finally leave because I assumed they just aren’t going to service anybody since it’s been about an hour of me sitting here waiting.

Here’s the thing about Jack in the box that people don’t pay attention to, it is 24 hours. This is the best thing ever for when I was on Night Shift. I wanted a burger on the way home, and I went to Jack-in-the-Box. it was the best experience of my entire life. Hands down would eat a burger here again.  Also, don’t get me started on the curly fries with cheese. I’m serious…don’t even get me started. Wow. It’s a fry and it curls? You put cheese on it?!? Wow.

This place took over 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, then proceeded to give us missing items for our order.  Seriously just go across the street and eat gas station hot dogs, whatever you can choke down elsewhere will be a lot better than eating here.  Save your money, this place is a joke.  Updated to respond to the owner's reply below: - I did not exaggerate on the "30 minutes" comment here.  I used the link you provided to leave more details on our experience.  The place wasn't overly busy at the time we arrived and there were at least 3-4 employees working in the kitchen from what we could see so it was ridiculous on how long it took for our order to finish.  The employee taking order seems seems pretty confused most of the time as well maybe he's new I don't know.

After ordering through the drive- thru, I had to go inside, not once, but TWICE, because they failed to get my order right. And this was all because the cashier answered my question quickly, but not correctly.Food: 1/5
