Bim Bam Burgers & Wings of Batesville

We went in around 1. It was us and one other table. There is a sign that states they are not a fast food restaurant & to please be patient. My only complaint would’ve been a worker hanging out the kitchen window on the phone. From someone with service experience, there’s always something to clean/wipe in the kitchen. It’s also good to not have customers seeing you on the phone or standing around. Otherwise, we really liked our food. The Philly fries were good! We’d go back if we want a burger in Oxford.

TL;DR: Food prep is a little slow and all the food is decent, but you're doing yourself a favor if you order the wings. We started our order with a Bim Bam Sampler. Mine included boneless wings, fried pickles and a Bam Roll Philly Cheesesteak in an egg roll. Bam roll was ok, fried pickles were up to par, but the wings were amazing. I tried the Honey BBQ since I was sharing them with my wife and daughter they think jalapeños are . My wife had a Jalapeño Cheddar Burger. It was absolutely loaded with jalapeños. It was ok, but didn't live up to the bar set by the wings. My daughter had a Breakfast Burger I got a single bite of and it was wonderful. Overall service was excellent, but it took a long time to get our food. It seems like everything is cooked to order and if they get slammed it grinds to a halt due to the size of the kitchen. And they were pushing out pickup orders like crazy when we arrived. I wouldn't say this is a "Must Eat" but it's definitely worth a visit and an excellent place to pick up boneless wings ..

0/10 due to basically being denied an order due to “making calls, and not coming to get them” when its clear I always pay to get my food. I mean who takes the time to call an order in, and not pick them up? That makes no sense once so ever if thats the case all the times I placed an order &’ PICKED them up I need a refund. Especially when I would order for 2 people. I have canceled 1 order, and that was due to there being almost a 2 hour wait. Now bim bam has made it to the bottom of my list &’ most times I call they barely answer the phone. They will no longer get any business from me, and I wouldn’t recommend. &’ I have always been able to get my orders without this being an issue so how all of a sudden I am put on that list?? I even have recents showing I paid, so make it make sense !! It doesn’t add up clearly they have me mixed up with someone else. If you expect somebody to be there right when the food is placed OVER the phone thats crazy. There’s usually a 15 minute wait, but sometimes becomes longer than that, so please fix YOUR issue, and you have had at least 1 or 2 hour waits where people sit there waiting for orders and your servers say it will be 15-20 minutes. I clearly witnessed this the day that I CANCELED an order, and I haven’t even been there in months so how can I be put in a list. Your business is going downhill , and I loved bim bam, but this topped the cake, and will not get my money again!!!

I decided to have a cheat meal and I decided to eat at Bim Bam because I haven’t frequented the establishment in years. So, I decide to choose dine in at bim bam burgers after moving my furniture all day before leaving Oxford for a new city. The dynamic of the place have totally changed from what I remembered it to be. There are young cooks in the kitchen preparing food playing; one playing in his hair while the other preparing food. One cook pulled out his phone playing with it. As customers are coming in that he know he’s interacting with them. We sat for over an hour waiting on food that we ordered for dine in. I’m continuing to see the two young cooks play in the kitchen rather than doing their scheduled job of cooking. Playing in your hair and playing on your phone is unacceptable behavior for a cook working in an establishment. For that reason I told my girlfriend to get up and let’s go somewhere else where my money would be better spent. It’s not acceptable! Also another family came in 30 minutes after us and received their food before us. There is definitely some changes that need to be made and I know this because I have never left a review until this moment.

Sign of the times, paid 75c for 1 cup of water, 50c on a slice of cheese, burger was the best I've had in years but over $11 is a bit much and don't open till 11 sharp, had to wait to get in.Food: 4/5

They messed up our order. Then said it would be 15 more minutes and an additional charge. The chicken tenders are huge and hand-breaded. We got them sauced with honey gold. Daughter ate all her crinkle fries plus some of mine. The wings were slightly crispy and adequately sauced. Would go back to try more from the menu, like the "eggrolls".

Food is fire, they didn't honor the hours they had posted...got there an hour before they were supposed to close and they were already closed and stood in the window and looked at us outside and never said a wordFood: 4/5

My fiance just ordered today. They had the order wrong. Not only that they forgot to put 2 packs of ranch dressing that she was charged for. I love bim bam but they have to do better. She called up there and asked for the manager which was told they won't be back til Tuesday. I know there is a manager or someone in charge. As you can see...I have proof that the order was wrong.
