These guys are great and all so knowledgable and friendly. They allow pets in there and they eve provide air rated water and treats for your fur babies on hand. I just got these two matching shirts for $19.99 each. Currently you have to call ahead and they will meet you at door when u arrive . Their prices are comparable to the big name stores and sometimes even lower. Be sure to stop by with your fur baby. They will live you for it and so will your wallet.
They have the best quality pet products at great prices. The customer service is excellent. We just got a cat tower and condo. They are both very stylish and look lovely in our home. Our cat just loves them. I highly recommend this store.
The ladies working there were very sweet and helpful. They also have a wide variety of cat toys, which this little one enjoyed. Good quality and held up well with playing.

Love getting our pet food from here. Theyre well priced and deliver on such sort term notice. I asked if they could deliver our food on a saturday and they were right there the next day with our order. They were also super nice about allowing us to work our rescue into getting some more solization in the store and getting used to not being so scared of people. We will continue to support this store for as long as it is around

LOVE THIS STORE!! first time in spent 289.00. Ooops
The staff were wonderful when we went with our puppy. However, we were not informed beforehand that gift cards do not work in store and can only be used online. This information does not appear to be located on the website, nor was it located on the email I received with my gift card. This should be more clear. Additionally, note that free delivery is available for orders $50 or higher, but this does not seem to apply if you are paying with a gift card online. A bit disappointed in how challenging it was to use my gift card without paying extra money.
A wonderful store with incredible customer service
Best pet store in Kingston! They have certain items you cannot find anywhere else. They have awesome treats, an amazing and unique selection of toys and puzzles. Plus the staff are always super helpful and engaging every time!
