Great service and meat. If you're looking for a great homemade sandwich,fresh cut steaks or some nicely marinated meat for a BBQ this is the place. The last sandwiches we got from there were so filling that the other halves went in our fridge for 2 days and still tastes great and no soggy bread. Love this place

Went in looked at their selection and bought a couple cuts of meat and ground sausage. The quality of the sausage and meat was abysmal. The majority of the sausage was connective tissue and it was poorly seasoned. I should have found a real butcher shop, not Bisher's.

Great local butcher. Their tri-tip consistently pleases. They've even made some custom burger blends for me. Very good service, competitive prices and the best meat in Poway.

Needed a real 'prime rib', select-select top quality cut for my Family's NEW YEARS celebration. I walked into a brilliant display of well marbled, young and tender rib roasts that are truly a rare find! The Butcher was knowledgeable, kind, a tad weathered and a real delight. Again, you don't get to talk to a 'real Butcher' these days. Bon Appeiteto my friends...

This is a rare jewel.....honest. These are the things I love here. Their already made "meatloaf" is better than my mom's. : I took it home for a quick meal. I sliced the already prepared meatloaf into 2" slices and fried them in a skillet. I topped it with a homemade tomato sauce chili sauce, ketchup, jar chopped garlic, salt and pepper after it was nicely browned, covered it w/ sauce and a lid and let it simmer. It was fabulous, even my worst ever picky granddaughters ate a whole slice. Their Ground Sirloin is 30 cents cheaper than Albertsons and believe me tastes far better. I hand out their 1lb packages for others to try...that is how much I love it. Note: In the freezer to the left of the door, you can buy 5 1 lb packages for $14.99. I always grab up a package. Their homemade country sausage we love as well. I have given this to others as well...for a breakfast treat. They have farm fresh eggs, brown or white in JUMBO size 2 eggs fill a skillet. They sell 20 for around $7.00. This little gem is in the same parking lot as SteinMart and HomeGoods on Poway Rd. Please go by and buy....:D You won't be disappointed.

They make an excellent sandwich, just wish i could afford to eat here more often...it's a bit pricey but it is the highest quality...delicious too.

Delicious deli sandwich and very helpful, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommend.
