Love love Bittano so many cute dresses, took my niece here and she found so many cute dresses and tops that actually fit her tiny figure perfect. Highly recommend this little boutique .
Great selection and very friendly employees. I went here to buy a dress for a friend's daughter. The owner was there and was helpful and found me the right size and style. I loved the quality and how great the material felt. My friend's daughter loved the dress and that's all that matters! I will be returning for sure.
Bittano is my favorite place to shop for dresses or outfits for every event! The staff is so kind and helpful, and they have the best selection ever. They will always make sure to help you find what you’re looking for. Will definitely keep coming back!
went shopping here and i was not even greeted by the owner. she seemed to be “cleaning” and i had to let myself into a dressing room. she was making rude faces the entire time as if it was a bother for me to be in there. i will not be back. horrible atmosphere.
Good selections for my high school daughter, and very reasonable prices based on what is online at other stores. Worth the drive to Dallas to shop for her special occasion dress needs and the store clerk was helpful. We will be back.
Great store, especially if you are looking for dresses formal, prom, brunch, etc.. I went in with nothing particular in mind, got very attentive help, and came out with a wonderful brown pleather dress that has been a staple item in my closet since. Highly recommend coming here even for cute skirts or chic, going out tops!
Great shop with great staff who will help you find the perfect outfit for you at a reasonable price! I went in looking for a dress for a spring wedding and they were great at finding one which worked with my body type and recommending accessories. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'm already looking forward to coming back!
Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the owner. I pulled a dress off the rack to see the design closer and the old lady working said "that dress is way too small for you." I am 5'8" and weigh 145 pounds. The dress was a medium, it would have fit just fine. I have struggled with an eating disorder my entire life and so this encounter was very traumatic for me. Hopefully this post will warn others in recovery and keep them away from this store and the body shaming that comes with it. EDIT: I wish that your response was true. It was not a part time employee, it was the owner. The same person who controls Bittanos social media and the same person who responded to this review with a complete lie.
IN LOVE with Bittano! This store is absolutely amazing. The owner is so sweet and kind. The dresses I bought here are one of a kind. Great quality. Will definitely be coming back here
It’s honestly comical to see you try and argue with your OWN CLIENTS on here. How have you owned a business? Cricket cricket crickets*…. I Reluctantly went in here and I am pretty sure that old lady owner crop dusted the entire store. It smelt like a Clydesdale ripped one loose. Will not be going back
