Biwako sushi is delicious and has been one of my favorite spots in the area for over 8 years! Particularly, the Ruby is a very unique roll topped with strawberries that is absolutely delicious. We also love the Las Vegas roll. There are quite a few lunch specials for simple rolls that are a good deal. Complimentary miso soup and ginger salad is tasty. No reservation needed and I’ve never waited to be seated. Service is always friendly and quick. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian rolls offered. Parking: Plenty of space in free parking lot outside.
super delicious, super quick service, and everyone was so nice! we got the coconut shrimp, salad/miso soup, and the following rolls: firecracker, september, and the mango roll. they were so yummy, and i was so full by the end. i have a fully trained service dog that attended with me. everyone there was so respectful of him and could tell he was working. i felt so relaxed here
Small place, good food. We came in on a Tuesday around 6pm and there were no free tables that were clean, but someone got to work quickly and fixed that. The bento boxes seem expensive, but it is a lot of food. I had the sushi bento and 3 rolls with goyza. 3 people left very full for $56.
We had called to make sure they had sushi boats, and they said that they did. We requested a boat but they gave us a platter. Still great sushi and good service, but we had come specifically for the boat. Other than that, it everything was good. Outdoor patio open Th-Sat they said.Food: 5/5
This is hands down the best sushi location in saline, and I would argue the best sushi location within a 20+ mile radius. The food is always fantastic and the wait staff are wonderful. I cannot recommend you come here enough.Food: 5/5

The food was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the sushi and bento boxes! The only thing I wasn't fond of was not being able to sit with our entire party. We had to split our party in half because of the space.
Went here for my husband's bday. Very small place. They have outdoor seating, but it looked like they closed down for the day. Servers helped each other out. We had a lot of them stop at our table to see if we need anything else. My husband got the bulgogi bento box. I had the tempura udon. It was good. Seafood Broth was bland- could've used more seasoning. My husband enjoyed his food. They don't do anything for birthdays. Vegetarian options: They have some tofu dishes Kid-friendliness: Saw some family with kids dining Parking: It's located in a small shopping plaza, where anyone can park anywhere. Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see anyone in a wheelchair. No ramp and door is not wide enough for a wheelchair. Dietary restrictions: Didn't see anything on the menu - food is not marked with gluten free or dairy free, etc..
This was my first visit to Biwako and definitely will not be my last. Rolls were large, delicious and the bill was very reasonable! I recommend highly.Food: 5/5
