This place is ridiculous. So many things they only sell one brand of.  Like butter. There is literally one choice.  And everything is more expensive.   You can get what you actually want,  at cheaper prices,  by using Meijer's online shopping app.  It'll be delivered to your door for less.

I usually am cool with this place, but the lack of masks now is bothersome. They sell food… not even people at the deli counter  are masked. About the deli…  I bought an eight piece chicken at the deli and she served everyone behind me ahead of me… then I said I wanted to order chicken tenders, and she said there are two pieces in the right piece, so I ordered it I didn’t want my small kids dealing with bones. She didn’t include a single tender…. We did get four pieces of I-dont-know-what…. There was literally no meat on four of eight pieces. I’ve only ever had an issue once before at this deli, and I feel like this woman was intentionally rude. I was very nice to her. $12 for four chicken bones and two pieces that had “some meat” and two where the chicken was visible” waste of money. I like the a la carte options, but I’m not headed back anytime soon.

Good selection, good product, specialty items you don't get other places at this quality. Prices are a little higher.  Fir somethings you just want better quality even for a little bit more.  They are convenient, friendly, helpful, with nice atmosphere.

Tried it again after saying never again,  and this time it's really never again. The store is nice and the people are,  too, but they always have the recalled veggies and their meat is not high quality whatsoever.  Don't get me started on the deli.

Very disappointed!!! I went to the deli department for smoked mozzarella salad and was completely ignored by the employees. NOT greeted or helped at all... Just starred at like I wasn't a human being. I tried to call the supervisor Jo and she acted like she didn't care. I've been shopping there for over five years and I've never been treated that way. I won't be returning.

I love this grocery store, always clean and a great variety. They have tons of gluten free items that any be found anywhere else. The only thing I am not a fan of is the cost of most items.

Very unfriendly people Everytime I go in there they stare at me and are like expecting me to buy something Everytime I use the atm. I will not be shopping at this place. I’m gonna shop at Kroger where they actually specifically specialize in helping the poor this place is ripping people off.

Quality of products sold is good, but prices are outrageous. As an example package of romaine lettuce $ 9.99!

Our usual grocery store when we need something specific for a recipe/meal. Good location, easy in/out off Michigan Ave. Deli has a good selection and all the departments are staffed with friendly helpful people. Wine/beer/liquor selection is pretty impressive and well organized.

Used to love this place, but the prices have gotten outrageous, and the service isn't what it used to be.  All the checkouts were open, when necessary, and there was always a bagger who would cart your bags out and load them in the car.  I know there's a labor shortage, but c'mon, for what you're charging.  I still shop here because, due to a disability, I can't walk miles through the big box grocery store, and because the produce and gourmet selections, including the deli, are top notch.
