Get here early to beat the crowd and get in and out quickly. They didn't have much priority mail packaging but Christine found a bubble mailer for a product return. Other attendant was chatting with another employee while I was getting other packages in order; I understand if its business related multitasking but the workers comp and complaining about other employees that slack off isn't the best look for the postal service.
Ms. Chrissy is awesome. She’s made my time, over 10 years, feel like I’m always at home! My packages are safe. I’m always greeted with friendship and professionalism. I love my experience here.
I was at the Bixby Knolls Post Office Tuesday 5/30/22. A very well dressed woman came out and helped me with a certified letter I needed to mail. She went above and beyond to help me. I haven't had service like that in a long time. Thank you dear lady all dressed up in pink and grey. I appreciate your service.
There are never supplies on the shelves and it doesn't matter how many people are in line there is rarely more than one register open even if there is a supervisor there, they don't help out
The staff has always been great! I have had a box for 15 years and if I have a problem they have tried to figure it out. Mail is always on time. I appreciate the good service!
This place has the worst customer service I have seen. I hope this location goes out of business.
Very rude employees here!!!! I've been here multiple times and it's always the same. There employees here are so unhappy and have a nasty attitude in addition this place never has supplies.
I came monday 7/26 at 9AM and the clerk #54 was extremely rude and lacked good customer service. She made me feel horrible for asking her to do her job when I asked for a receipt for the packages that I dropped off. When I asked for the receipts she made it such a big deal. She just kept babbling on about how I need to do this and that and I just kept apologizing because she was making a big deal out of it, I understand on informing customers on what to do in the future but her tone of voice and attitude was not appropriate. Lastly, when I apologized again for asking for the receipt, she really replied with "Don't make it happen again." Something needs to be done with this clerk, I get if you don't like the job but don't take it out on customers who hasn't done anything to you. I hope management at least talks to her, and she changes her attitude because it's completely unacceptable.
I've been here multiple times. The desk workers are always very slow and incredibly rude. The drop off bin is incredible since you don't have to deal with awful customer service that's stationed.
I really miss the old 90807 location where the Aldi store is now. It was a larger space with handy to use collection mailboxes just in front of the post office, and there was even a drive through mailbox for customer's use. The current location is a smaller office, always busy. Parking lot is full most of the time. There should at least be a blue collection post office mailbox out front. SMH :
