Went into this location with a large group including a lot of kids. Great service, staff was very helpful in ordering and brought orders out to us at tables. Dining room was clean and overall we appreciated the visit.Food: 5/5

Always good food. Service not so good. They have a bunch of kids that have no clue what they are doing. I feel bad for the manager on second shift. She needs help. But I will go back. Sorry but not sorry. Thank you.Food: 5/5

Ordered a double whopper with cheese, no onion with extra pickles. What I got was a double whopper no cheese, no onion, no pickles, extra mayo and 2 way under cooked beef patties. Also like the other reviews the drive-thru employees wasn't wearing gloves and the mask were under their chin.

We've been through the drive thru for breakfast several times, but ate inside for the first time. The restaurant was very clean. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. We will definitely eat inside more often! Vegetarian options: Salads.

250 prince royal drive .shorted me a whopper when I went back they acted like it was in the bag . Then would only give a whopper no cash refund .I told them we ate already don't need a whopper . But it was a whopper or nothing at all. So they can go to Hell I'll not be back again.thats the last 36.00 they get from me.....

Oh this place had hot food . Great selection of deserts burgers Even fish and hot dogs if that's your thing. I like spreading my money around and trying it all from time to time. It's as good as any and better Tham some. I won't mention names but it's good food and fast service here. Parking: Plenty of parking free. Kid-friendliness: Sure now they don't have a playground but yeah kids are fine I think I even seen high chairs in there. Wheelchair accessibility: Anyone can get in and to the building easy enough.

Stopped in to get breakfast and they were closed at 7:30 am. Never going to burger king in Berea Kentucky ever again.Food: 1/5

Awesome, our visit last Friday could not have been any better. Perfect everything was perfect, from friendliness, wait timing, our order was exactly as ordered and food tasted fresh, hot and Awesome . Just could not had been any better. Its getting very difficult to find service like this anywhere anymore. I do not know anyone that works there but I did get the managers name when I called, THANK YOU ! Sandy for how you run your store and Thank you Leah and Olivia for your work ethic, hope I got that right

This Burger King is the worst fast food restaurant I've seen. They are never open when their hours state they will be opened. You pull up to the drive thru there is either a sign saying "we'll open at some random time" or they just block the drive thru. They always say they are closed due to shortage of staff. Every other place in Berea can staff their place. If Burger King can't then you need to look at the leadership for why you can't keep people. Won't go back
