Black Irish Athletic Club specializes in providing strength & conditioning to individuals, small groups and teams.
What we are:
Personal Training - Typically clients will meet with us 2-3x per week for 1 on 1 strength and conditioning and/or boxing
We are a personal training studio and offer small group classes and personal training (no open membership)
Tandem and small group training - 2-4+ people, get your friends to join in on a workout with you that is tailored to your goals
Classes - 2-3 times per week, currently Wednesday 4:30pm, Saturday 10am.
Challenges - Schedule a private event at our facility for your business or group!
