We follow CrossFit methodology by creating universally scaleable workouts that can be completed across the entire spectrum of skill and fitness levels to improve lifestyles, functionality to life, and overall performance.
CrossFit is described as constatly varied functional movement executed at each individuals highest intensity. We row, jump rope, run, and swim. We lift barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and odd objects. We do body weight gymnastic movements such as pushups, pullups, muscle-ups, and box jumps. We do Olympic lifts such as the clean, jerk, and snatch- and we squat with load often. We mix these exercises into different combinations and time intervals.
