What can I say! Customer service at it's finest The owner Ken opened up his store on his off day to get my kids and father fitted for a wedding. We came in from Kansas and needed the tuxedos for my nefews wedding the next day and Ken came to the rescue. Great place and super service!

Not much to share other than disappointment. Getting a hold of anyone there had been a challenge from the start. Upon arriving, the gentleman was unprofessional most of the time. To add to the situation, while walking down the isle the shoe fell apart. Upon returning the items, before apologizing, he tried to tell me how he cut us a deal by not charging us $10 for the shoes… therefore pulls out a $10 from his wallet and says next time you’re out have a drink on me. Unprofessional

I want to start off with suits are not bad, this is 100% a bad review due to covid safety protocols. Ken the Taylor greeted me at the door and just straight up wasn't wearing a mask, didn't pretend to keep one under his nose didn't have one around his wrist, wasn't even one nearby he could have reasonably taken it off and forgot about. He just straight up doesn't care about State and county mandates and the safety of the wedding parties he is serving. And of course if he was just working in the back by himself or with other employees that's understandable, but when he's in the front greeting people and talking to people before making alterations it is unacceptable not to do the bare minimum and just put the mask on. TJ was the guy who was actually helping me try on the suits and make sure everything fit properly, he was super friendly and did everything he could to make sure that the suit fit properly and that I was wearing it correctly. 10/10 if his experience was the ONLY experience I had there, 5-star review easy! Tl;Dr: this company does not care about the safety of your wedding , if you want to open up this avenue of exposure to all of your guests, the suits are nice and TJ is the man to talk to! If you care about keeping your wedding party and by extension your wedding guests safe, there's a men's Warehouse 5 minutes North on Lagrange

Staff was great helping us pick out tuxes! Spent so much time making such small changes but always doing it with a smile so we could see exactly what we wanted. They have a large selection of tuxes colored vests. Would highly recommend using Black Tie!!

Scheduled an appointment online for one of my groomsmen and myself to be measured for my wedding. Our appointment was at 12 PM, which is when the business was scheduled to open both online and per the door posting. Because the doors were still locked at noon, we went to the adjoining business, who let us into the tux store to wait while they contacted an employee. We waited for more than 45 minutes for him to arrive, during which time multiple customers came and went after deciding to take their business elsewhere. When an employee finally arrived, he never once apologized for the major inconvenience and instead blamed it on the computer "swapping our appointment time with someone else's because we must have scheduled them simultaneously." The tuxes ended up being fine, but this fiasco and the confusion on their end about our tux specs would make me very wary of using this business again.

They were slammed with customers retrieving their formal Wear for various events for the weekend, when our party arrived to pick up out tuxes. Even with the influx of customers they were very attentive to our needs. There were a few issues with getting the correct shoes but the correction was flawless and prompt. Return of our rentals went even smoother and they were very understanding when I returned my pants that didn't seem to handle my sick moves on the dance floor. Great experience, very recommended.

Had an awesome experience with this place. They provided 10 tuxedos for 7 groomsman, 2 dads and the groom of course for a destination wedding. The men came from different parts of the United States and 1 from Iran. Black Tie only had the measurements the gents sent in from wherever they had been fitted. Thanks so much especially to Ken Blank for all that you did, going the extra mile and proving a few spare pieces “in case”! Everything was perfect! 5 Stars!

Ken was professional the entire process from first walking in to the day of my wedding when I had to make some last minute alterations! This place was hands down the most professional and best pricing in the area! I recommend this place to anyone looking for great pricing on rentals and best customer service!

I am completely satisfied with the level of care and service I received from Black Tie Formalwear. I was indecisive of the jacket size So they actually provided me with two jackets upon delivery of tux. I thought that was a mist excellent touch and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Black Tie For males a r to anyone and everyone.
