Located between all three of his popular Williamsburg restaurants, Blackbird Bakery is the perfect place to pick up a white chocolate truffle (when you haven't had enough at The Trellis), a giant oatmeal cookie (because you forgot to pick one up when you were last leaving the Blue Talon Bistro) or a toasty loaf and a new Growler (get it filled at the Pub!). The bakery is open daily from 8 AM, so stop by early for a cup of classic Everett Illy coffee, or late for an afternoon cupcake pick me up. We can't wait to see you!
