Great gym but it’s DISGUSTING. Fantastic equipment selection but the showers/locker rooms are moldy and covered in those drain flies. Exercise mats 5 of them are peeling and ripped. Most of the pads on equipment are ripped with exposed foam. Crazy to pay so much per month and see it go no where for improvements. The staff is incredibly nice and they have the best equipment selection in the area. Sauna is great! I can’t stress enough how DIRTY this gym is
This is a nice gym with friendly staff. Most importantly for me personally, the daycare is wonderful. They try to make the time enriching for the kids and my toddler loves going. There’s a regular group of kids age 1-3 during open hours and they have become good friends. The culture is safe and people seem to know what they’re doing but it’s not intimidating which is a nice combination.
Great facilities for weight lifting and a generous class schedule that is free to members. I have enjoyed all the different fitness classes I’ve gone to as well as had many good workouts at this gym. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I’ve been going here a few years now and I like it. The equipment is decent and I’ve hardly had to wait for a machine. Although, the atmosphere is not too kind to the LGBT community from my experience. As a person that is within the community, I wouldn’t recommend this gym to any person a part of the community. It’s sad that a lot of people that go there will put people down and make fun of them, but the equipment itself is awesome and I always get a good workout physically. If you worry about your safety though, I would consider another gym. Again this is my experience with some of the customers there not the staff.
A good gym, especially for students and 3+ families considerable discounts. Crowd is pretty good, they'll let you keep to yourself and usually have decent gym etiquette. But most people are approachable if you need a spot or someone to record you. They've got a great variety of machines and free weight equipment. Even at peak times, I've rarely had to wait for a piece of equipment. I would suggest switching over some of the bench press stations to squat racks, since I don't think I've ever seen even half of those benches occupied.
I live local in the area. It is by far the best gym I have been to. I have been a member since 2019 and I have remained faithful during the pandemic. They have a track upstairs for walking or running, free weights up to like 200 lbs, deadlift and squat bars. They have multiple squat racks and several bench press areas. They also have a towel membership that you can pay yearly to get a towel everyday. The locker room has several showers and a sauna. They have discounts for students as well. It is all you will ever need in a gym.
Staff is friendly, helpful and just the best. Equipment is nice and always in good condition. A vast variety of equipment to fulfill any and all of your workout needs. Bathrooms are clean which is even better. There response to and implantation of Covid countermeasures is brilliant and despite missing the sauna I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Absolutely amazing facility, they have everything you'll need to get your body back into shape. Everyone is there to put in work and it makes for a great atmosphere.
Love the gym and I have been going here since freshman year. Staff is nice and Jon is a great trainer and would recommend him to anyone. I would def suggest going if you're looking for a gymits pretty cheap for college students. They don't get mad about dropping weights or chalk and you can always find a free squat rack/bench.
I love the gym, however, their hours are very inconvenient and they are super busy around 6:00-8:00PM on weekdays. Unfortunately that’s the only time I’m able to go. The weight club used to be open later into the night before covid and I didn’t have to worry about it being crowded.
