Fun N Games decided to price gouge customers interested in the Lorcana TCG by adding nearly $100 to the MSRP prices of a box of cards and fully doubling MSRP prices on other products. Their decision to put short term gains over long-term repeat business is a shame.

Decent selection, but still no prices on the board games. I don't want to have to ask what each one costs as I'm browsing. I find this baffling for any store, and it has to be costing them sales.

Bought Pokémon cards from here multiple times and the employees were always helpful and most importantly: FAIR!!! They did not gouge me and worked with me to find a fair price we both were happy with. Not to mention I pulled some amazing cards!!! Will absolutely be back!

They are still settling into their new location across from their old one, but its worth the wait. Tons more space, support for nearly every nerd hobby to be had. Card games Poke’mon, magic, Yugioh, ect., D&D, Warhammer 40K, and tons more all supported with sales and table space. I was there on my recent visit to buy Magic the Gathering singles, the help at the front was amazing, prompt and fair pricing. With Virginia Tech nearby there's no shortage of new faces to any hobby you'd like to support or participate.

I stopped in to check out their selection. The fact that there are no prices on many of the products baffled me quite a bit. The employee working seemed like getting up from their tablet and ringing up my purchase was an inconvenience and that I was interrupting their hobby time. The selection of GW and DnD figures were very nice and it's the only place I've been able to find Vallejo paints locally.

One of my favorite places to be in Blacksburg. They sell board games, miniatures, card games, and comics, but the best part is the community. Most nights somebody can be found playing a game: Wednesday night Commander, Thursday night boardgames, Friday night Magic, etc. There are more than enough tables for everyone. The people are inviting and more than happy to have you join their game, even if they have to teach you the rules. It's also one of the most LGBTQ friendly places in the area that I've seen. My time in this region is temporary, but I really hope I can find another place like it when life carries me elsewhere.
