This place was recommended to me by some local residents. It was a great paved trail going both north and south. Lots of history. Great scenery but a little short on the distance. A great way to explore Rhode Island
What a great find with so much to see and explore. Be sure to check if there is snow on the ground as it can be slippery. A couple of strategically placed parking lots that allow you to travel the whole trail trail
Great place to relax, go fishing or biking and walking on the bike path.
Very beautiful and scenic place. You can sit and see the flowing water for hours. Beautiful place for photography. Long path for walking and running. Its in the middle of the city but no hustle bustle. I love going there. Reason behind 3 star is I found plastic bottles,cans etc near the river which is really heart breaking. I don’t know why people spoil the beauty of mother nature.
Great place for bike rides and escaping to nature. Just remember Bikes right, walkers to the left. Trash in, trash out. Enjoy the river!
It is a good park for walking,jogging and cycling. We can see many people enjoying the trails during summer evenings.
Beautiful place for a fall or spring walks or bike rides. Lot of points to get close to flowing river on both sides of the bridge. Just keep an eye on the little ones if you get close to water. Based on time of the year water can be pretty fast. There is a bike repair kit close to the bridge. That's first of its kind I have seen on a trail. Saved my day once.
Great place to walk, run or ride a bike. Don't miss the Kelly House Museum. Its also a good place for bird watching.
