Reopened on Sept. 17, 2013 with new owner Janel Beaston. We strive to create a friendly family atmosphere & offer fresh specials & homemade soups daily.

Description

Food prepared fresh daily & friendly professional service. Janel is a trained culinary arts student & loves to create new menus as well as traditional favorites. The restaurant has a long history (began around the civil war) & has undergone many changes. One that hasn't changed is being a local gathering spot for the community. Stop to visit & stay awhile. We love to see new faces, make new friends & always welcome you back! :-D

So let's get a few things out of the way: - CLEAN! Place is spotless - even in the places you'd think would be missed. - Nope, no WiFi. In fact, I had NO cell reception at all! - They serve Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner - all great! - The place has a 'dated', rustic look - OK with me, but some might be put off by it. - With 1/2 the tables blocked off due to the Far East Virus, you might be waiting for a seat during busy hours. - Your servers and cooks are just local folks using local foods to feed you. I LOVE this place. I live in Perry county, but far from Blain. Nonetheless, I will drive way out there once in a while to experience the food this place offers. I've never been disappointed: Portions are good, service is fairly quick, and the food is well cooked and tasty.
Mini Cooper Carlisle club did a run for all Perry county 13 covered Bridges. Had lunch at Blain Hotel Service was excellent for all 18 of us. The food was very good. The staff made us feel welcomed. Recommend checking this little place out.Food: 5/5
Love there food they have amazing breakfast and dinner
Small restaurant. The service was good. Friendly staff and customers. I got fish and chips and my significant other got the breaded shrimp. Both entrees were decent. It was a good experience overall.
