The reviews about this office being rude ARE TRUE. Like any other doctor’s office, I received a confirmation call the day prior to my appointment confirming my time of 2:30. I arrive at 2:20 and now the lady at the front desk who would not give her name says my appointment was for 2:00 and there’s a note in the system saying they left a message. Not true. I spoke to the lady who also would not give her name confirming 2:30. They say the doctor who I asked to speak to won’t see me because I’m late and it’ll take even longer to fill out new patient paperwork. So what do I do? Sit in the office like any other person would. I soon come to the conclusion that new patient paperwork takes about 8 minutes to fill out after watching new patients fill out their paperwork Plenty of time for me to be seen still. The front office was very rude when handling this situation and they clearly need some type of training. Yes. I was the only black person here for reference. Yes that should’ve been a sign. But why is it like this in 2023?
Been a patient here for several years. I’ve always been able to get an appt when needed, and they see patients promptly! I’ve never had to wait. Dr. Aaron and his team are the best.
I've always had a great experience with the Blanzy clinic I've recently switched my doctor to rooney I had a wonderful experience with her she was pleasant & caring and listened to me and the issues I'm having and was very helpful treating me I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new doctor to look into the Blaney clinic they have a great an wonderful team of Dr's as well as the assistants up front they are very helpful & nice
This clinics hours are horrible!! They need to be open on Friday till 5pm. Some of the staff is rude and they never put prescriptions through on time. When I went to pick up my BF's prescription they were closed at 3 and I had no one to call and remind them to put the prescription through and he had to go without meds.
Absolutely the worst place ever ! I came here with my sister in law and the experience was terrible from the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff is racist and made many colorist statements.
I have been going here for awhile recommended by my grandparents because they go here. I like it it's not perfect no Doctors office is perfect. They take my insurance and I get my pills is all good.
Absolutely amazing, a big thank you to Dr Almasri and Crystal... I have hope again. Would recommend to everyone!
This place is amazing! I am treated like family and that's by basically every single staff members. Even if I don't know them yet. Always go outta their way to help amd they really don't have to but these people DO actually care about people. I love all of you there! Thankyou sooo much for everything and always helping myself and others. Definitely gotta thankyou for having enough patience to deal with me!! Lol great place. A million stars!
Terrible staff, rude and not caring at all. The doctors barely see you longer than 5 minutes and they try to pawn you off on specialists for any minor thing but the front desk staff and doctors assistances are rude and condescending. Would not go there
If you are looking for a friendly front staff and short wait times this is NOT the place for you. I waited an hour and twenty minutes in the lobby before walking out. This was my first time here and will never be returning. Do not waste your time at this doctor's office. What a horrible experience.
