Blick, Mark Dr-Bellaire Doctors Clinic

I love Dr Mark Blick. He has been my doctor for about 30 years. He will sit and listen to me. He is an attentive doctor. He is up on the current meds that may help my symtoms.I will continue to see Dr Blick until I can't. My husband also sees Dr Blick and we are both very satisfied with the care we receive. Ninty percent of his office staff are quite friendly and helpful.

My parents and I went to Dr. Blick for the last 5 years and he is wonderful. BUT his office is terrible! They are not timely with anything. It took me 4 days to get my high blood pressure medication filled. When I was really sick and my blood pressure was super high the first available appointment they could get me was a 5 day wait. They didn't offer or try to get me in earlier. My parents went in for physicals and they did not do a EKG or anything really thorough. They went to another doctor a week later got physicals and had they not done that they would have not found out all the things they needed to know to prevent my dad from having a heart attack. We will not be going back to that office.

I have been going to doctor Reiner for over 15 years and have never experienced a good experience with the people that work the front desk. I have now referred both of my son's one to Blick and the other to Chan. Now they have experience the horrible customer service. I have watched them with other patients and on the phone while I was there and see the same horrible customer care. To have such wonderful doctors why would you want people representing your practice that don't care about patients or helping in any way....its just a paycheck to them. I hate writing bad reviews but I have just about had it with the people that work the front desk. Doctors are A plus but if I could put no stars on customer care I would.

Wanted to be a new patient based on a friends recommendation. Called 5-6 times over different days. Nobody picks up the phone

My father has been going to this doctor about 20 years. He loves Dr.Blick. The front desk and nurses seem to have trouble keeping track of what medicines he has been taking for years, but otherwise, it's a very nice place.

My experiences has been above exceptional. Over 27 years, Mark Blick and staff has provided many services. Preparation with other surgeons and doctors, provides any information on request, as needed. My family and friends are under his care. He's a easy communicator. Thank you.
